Review Las Brisas Mexican Restaurant - Malden

Their prices have went way up on everything here... We rarely eat here now. Prices aren't consistent either, same plate and same payment method can be different prices on the same day and time a week later, they charge extra whenever they feel like it apparently. And the last two times I've picked up food they have taken about 10 minutes longer than they said they would. The main meal is usually pretty good food, but today we got yesterday's stale chips.

Good food but the service and staff needs a lot of work!!! Waitress who initially waited on us had a very bad attitude!!! Service was very, very slow!!!! They would bring out one person’s food and it would take them forever to get the next person’s food out. We were finishing eating yet we were still waiting for the last person to get their food!!! When we ask if there was an excuse as to why she had not received her food, the waitress simply said “no”!!! Finally getting her food, they gave no apology for the delay or mix up!!! Will not ever go here again!!!

We love this restaurant! It's the best Mexican restaurant in the area of Stoddard and Butler County. Only reason I'm only giving four stars is because the pork was a little overcooked this past weekend. But still two stars above the rest!

I am only leaving two stars because usually the service here is good and my food is prepared correctly. We made a phone order to be picked up tonight and my husband had ordered me a carne asada burrito and had specified that he wanted beans, shredded cheese, guacamole, and sour cream inside the burrito. He picked the order up to find that it was simply a meat filled tortilla with melted cheese on top and beans next to it. I called and spoke with the manager about what we needed to do to rectify the situation. My husband drove back down to have it fixed and specified to the manager that everything was to be in the burrito like I had done on the phone. Well he just brought me the burrito that was supposedly fixed and I opened it to find that the beans made it to the inside of the burrito and the cheese, guacamole, and sour cream was smothered on top of it 🤦‍♀️ When I called to talk to the manager about this he insinuated that my husband only said to put the beans on the inside when my husband had said everything on the inside. In my opinion that is horrible customer service and is not the way to keep customers.

Went there for my daughter's birthday. Wife raved about there guacamole, did not disappoint. When they came out to sing Happy birthday my daughter looked at her mom and said sarcastically,"I hate you." As hate came from her mouth our waitress got her in the face with a thing of whipped cream. Not mean but great timing to cut her off....hahaha. great food and good service for my first time being there.

Normally great food, but the last couple times, not so great..tonight we ordered a taco salad and mixed fajitas, the taco salad was cold and the fajitas were not mixed, just chicken and cold as well. Sorry to say but I think we'll be finding another place to get Mexican food.

Good food, however, we didn’t have just one server, it seems like everyone was our server.

1st time to eat there. The food was great! Will be returning.
