Worst Domino's ever. They mess up alot of orders. I usually order steak sandwich with extra steak. When my order arrives there's not enough steak, onions or peppers for regular steak sandwich. This has been happening for while now. So no I do not recommend this Domino's located in Malden on Eastern Ave. The only reason I still order from there cause they are closes for delivery. If it happens again I'm coming in for refund and driving to the next city over to make my order. This must of happened at least 5-6 times that I can remember. I ate half of the sandwich which was mostly cheese only cause I purchased my order near closing time. Worst experience ever!!! Ripped off!!! I got grilled cheese sandwich not a steak sandwich. Will be driving down to Domino's for real steak sandwich or refund. Now time to smoke. I'm out

i'm muslim and i was fasting today. if you don't already know, muslims can't eat bacon at all, but when i got my pizza and ate it, there was bacon :((. i have no clue if it was intentional or not but i'm really sad about this to be honest 😢

I ordered delivery... and long story short, the food never arrived. I called to check in on the delivery status and where the driver was after waiting almost an hour (ETA was 30-40 minutes) and was told that the driver was 5 minutes away. We made sure the driver had the right address and phone number. Still nothing after waiting an additional 20 minutes. Called back and was told the driver left the order outside my apartment complex because I didn't answer when he called... the staff member repeated the phone number to me, which was entirely incorrect. Went to check and see if anything was even outside, and of course there was nothing there. Please do yourself a favor and order pizza literally anywhere else. Food establishments with workers who lie about your order multiple times shouldn't be used.

On Mother’s Day I ordered hand made pizza, box was smashed on all sides . I called and was told to bring item to place and when I got there manager Victoria informed me she could not find my order, I provided contact number of driver and she called him. She still did not reimbursed me since she said driver had other deliveries and she needed to get information from him. She had him on phone yet did not request information. Sent me on my way without pizza and stating she would make sure funds would be sent to my card . A week has gone by and she never reimbursed me for pizza a never got . Is domino’s that desperate in theses times to get money ,now managers are stealing money from customers I guess they don’t pay them enough.

I placed an order for a 12” pizza (pie cut). When I came to pick it up it was cut in squares. Then I checked my slip to make sure that I had place the order with the “pie cut” request - I did (my son was sick the night before and really wanted to have his slice as pie cut). Then I came back and asked if I could get the pizza accordingly to my request, and surprisingly the “manager” Frelly (I don’t know if I spelled her name correctly) responded (very rude): “what’s the difference if it is cut in squares or pie cut” (and gave me the wrong order as if I was obligated to accept with no excuse). I said if that would make any difference I would not had made the request!!! Even if is a small request - she never should give a response like that to a customer!!! Horrible service! I always come to this store (Malden) because I like the polite Brazilians employees!! But honestly she made me feel as I would never come back again! Order#681. 6/29/22 at 3:09 pm

I haven't had any issues with this location so far and hope to keep it that way... BUT I would appreciate it if the drivers remember my sauces when delivering my orders though, other than that no complaints.

I made an order to be delivered to my house, and I specified in the notes, I need change for 100 dollars, I wait 20 or 25 minutes, and when the delivery arrives, it tells me: I don't have change if you don't have change I'll take the food. If they are only going to waste the time of the people who make the delivery, it makes me very angry, they do not know the situation of the clients, and they only waste time.
