Review Papa John's Pizza - Malden

Well-run shop with efficient and friendly service. I've ordered from this Papa John's several times over the last month (as I work long hours). The food has always been on time, fresh and tasty. I couldn't be more pleased with ingredients, service, and food prep (feels more like homemade when compared to bigger chains like Domino's). Highly recommended.

I have no doubt that this location will be closed shortly. I've tried to order three times, the first two times, I received a call that they didn't have a delivery driver available and asked if I wanted to come pick up my order. I told them I couldn't, and they canceled. The third time, my order was simply canceled without notice. I'm currently on the phone with them, I've been on hold for about 15 minutes at this point. What good is delivery pizza that doesn't deliver?

Good place to get better taste pizza.This store gives you plates and napkins as complements along with your order. Some circle within Malden are not covered for delivery they do have Carry out. This store have street parking.

This is the most horrible service I have ever gotten! I placed an order for delivery, the driver was at my front door yelling at me on the phone to come Downstairs to get my order, I had broke my leg couple of days ago and that was the purpose of this delivery, I can’t walk to meet the driver downstairs! the driver end up taking the order back to the store and the store manager took his side by yelling at me on the phone stating that I refused to give her driver directions, I was on the phone telling him to come to the side door and all he was doing is yelling why don’t you come downstairs and get it, this never ever happened to me, I am so mad and disappointed, please don’t order from people that don’t appreciate your business, who knows what they do to your order if they care less about delivering it to your door!

It's so terrible I had to wait for an entire hour and never got my order and that happened TWO times I swear to God it's my worst experiences with pizza.. they don't care about the customers or give a sh**t about them...

Love papa johns, but this location sucks. Most of the times I've ordered the delivery never shows up, and when I call to find out whats going on no one answers.

Short staffed... Ordered with this place twice.. First order was cancelled by them due to driver quitting during shift and they did t even call to tell us.. Second chance.. Waited 2 hours for 2 pizzas on take out.. Had to cancel order.. Place is bad, save ur time / money order somewhere else

This place was so horrible before the new management came especially the previous employees that they had before the new management came. thank god they got rid of them because those previous employees were so rude and did not care about the customers. Kudos to the new management that took over, definitely good customer service now you guys deserve 5 stars!
