Review Dunkin' - Malden

they make the wrong sandwich then disrespect you when you ask for the correct one. I ordered a turkey sausage, egg, cheese add bacon. received a sausage and bacon…..they said what i received was correct. they eventually made the sandwich but still didnt understand. handing me the food the 3 in the front were making faces to eachother. i was nothing but nice and really wanted what I ordered. sad part is, i doubt they will think they did nothing wrong…

This Dunkin Donuts location is the best. The one on Middlesex Avenue is absolutely terrible! Order is always right, they actually put the right amount of esspresso in all drinks, and the people working there are very nice. Thank you!

The staff used my name and offered thanks for staying with dunkins even though my dunkins close to me closed for good.

The Staff was really rude, I had bought a drink for the first time. I took a sip and I realized I didn’t like it. I asked if I could receive another drink and I would pay for it. They told me it wasn’t there problem. I work in food service I know how your supposed to speak to a customer/guest.

Very unprofessional employees, including the manager. Out of all Dunkin's around, this one is worse.

The people are very nice but the hours are not the greatest it seems like they don't open as early as the other locations and they seem to be closed as soon as it gets dark. I will say this because there is no drive thru you can usually get right in and out because most people are heading to the drive thru locations

I bought a box of twenty munchkin for my family and and got home to find thT they were stale. I took them back but the women at the front desk wouldn't compensate me.

For the Malden 200 Commercial St DD location: I can't help but feel scammed by you. Do you know how much of my drink is missing if the stopper doesn't even touch the liquid with the stopper you put on the cover?! This isn't the first time or the only location I've recieved a drink like this. This is the most ridiculous amount of space in a cup of latte I have ever gotten.
