Review My Pizza - Malden

I ordered a sub and as soon as I bit into it it just tasted burnt so I look at the bottom and this is what it looked like. I called and the female on the phone said that they can send me another one. Then I guy gets on the phone and tells me he is looking at the other half of the bread and it comes out like that. I say so are you telling me that the sandwich isn’t burnt. He goes I’m looking at the other half. If you want your money back that’s fine but I’m not going to send another one because that is how they come out! I told him I took a picture. As soon as I tasted it it taste burnt. There is no way that your telling me this sandwich is not burnt and that’s what they all look like. Very disappointed

This might be some of the best pizza in Malden, 3.9 stars is a insult to this place.. I got a pizza , steak and cheese and fried ravs. Pizza was cooked perfectly with a tasty sauce , the cheese was flavorful with some seasoning that was delicious. The steak and cheese was juicy with quality steak and plenty of cheese(I got extra) Fried ravs, an honorable mention , we’re also fresh and the best I had since espressos in Medford closed.

Eh. The chicken Parmesan had much to be desired. Not a lot of chicken, not a lot of sauce. The bread was plain with neither butter nor garlic. I may try their pizza another time. Clean establishment and polite workers.

It's not easy finding local pizza that serves good pizza but this is the place. Pizza is packed with flavor in every slice. Whether plain cheese, pepperoni, of Buffalo chicken (thats only a few of I've had) they have more options. Same goes for their chicken wings. Bone in or boneless. My favorite is their Garlic Buffalo. (Yuuum) My newest favorite dish here is their steak tip salad. (Pic included) big pieces of steak tips again full of FLAVOR. This is the juiciest tender pieces of steak. (Deeeeelish) This place is consistent with every order and I have not been disappointed yet.

Most places have very dry pizzas, but Malden House gives the right amount of sauce. However they are pretty stingy with their extra cheese add-ons . Still I highly recommend them because so far everything I've ordered was seasoned well and tasted great. Especially their Steak & Cheese subs

I was really hoping to give this place 5 stars as it was the first time I have ordered from here for delivery, but sadly it didn’t go like that. I waited for my pizza for 40 minutes and then after it became an hour I had called the store, to which the girl responded it was gonna be another half an hour, I said okay and waited. Over a half an hour later I called back for her to say it just got out of the oven and will be there soon, I responded with “thank you” it was over 2 hours for my order to finally arrive. I am beyond disappointed. The delivery driver shoved the pizza into my hands, gave me the wrong drink. Pizza was doughy and the top was completely burnt.

Wanted a half margarita/half cheese & chicken. Got a whole margarita pizza with chicken on half. Unfortunately, not what I wanted. It was a pretty simple order. I made it pretty clear. Just regular cheese and chicken on half. The pizza looked a bit rushed and sloppy. They threw whole basil leaves on top (I love basil), but I expected something a bit more neat & orderly. See photos for reference. I ordered curly fries on the side and they were ROCK HARD. I was worried about chipping a tooth at point. There were a few fries that were okay but most of them were extremely hard. Not satisfied for having spent 30 dollars. (For a large pizza and one hard curly fry).

Asked for steak tip dinner to be cooked extra well done and again got raw inside of the meat terrible I won’t be ordering from here no more. Imagine what there medium looks like 🤢🤮
