Review Mogogo - Malden

Pete Davis
Staff was very nice, food was delicious. Went with the Vegan combo for $21.99 which gave an assortment of items to try from the large list of vegan options on the menu. This restaurant also has many gluten-free options. The menu says to ask for 100% teff injera if you want gluten free as their regular injera has some barley in it. I am a big fan of Ethiopian food and this place and service was excellent. I am having trouble deciding if I like this restaurant or Fasika in Somerville better since they are both so delicious. Highly recommend checking this new restaurant out. It does not appear that they have an alcohol license as I did not see any alcohol on the menu. If you are a fan of Ethiopian food or are looking for something delicious and either vegan or gluten-free, I highly recommend you try this new restaurant. Atmosphere/ambiance is pretty casual.

Excellent traditional Ethiopian food with vegan options. Ordered vegan combo special, spiced tea and traditional Ethiopian coffee

One of the best Ethiopian places. Scrumptious food and the injera, Ethiopian bread, complements the dishes, because it is not sour or flimsy
