I was there last week, our server Samantha was great. She recommended the new Lobster items on your new menu. So I had the lobster scampi and my husband had the lobster roll. It was absolutely delicious! The staff was truly so professional, even when I dropped my fork on the floor the bartender noticed it from across the restaurant to get me a new fork. The bartender introduced himself, he happened to be one of the managers. He asked us how was everything ? If we needed anything else, let him know. He made us feel like we were important , that he would go out of his way for us. I will be definitely returning, could not of asked for a nicer experience.

This review is solely based on the pickup experience thru Uber Eats. I ordered online after checking in at a nearby hotel after 10 pm—the restaurant closes at 11 pm. The food was delivered in appropriate time by the manager who was courteous as much as possible. Our order was ok. The chicken could have been more seasoned. Pasta was excellent though.

The 3 stars are for the good food. They would get more if the waitresses was doing her job. Waited 10 minutes before she came for the drink (at least 8 people in the area). Didn't remove appetizers plates when bringing main diner. She was smiling and was agreeable as a chicken ready to be killed. If you don't like your job, quit!

Very good service! I’m definitely a deep dish over thin crust kind of guy! I had the personal pepperoni pizza, it was amazing per usual.

After many years being a regular customer eating one of my favorite dishes the Chicken Spinoccoli,,, I have to share how bad it was my experience last night at the Revere location. Starting with the long wait to be seated almost 25 minutes. I have to clarify that I understand that many places are under staff and yes I work in one of those places that we still hiring so is completely understandable. Finally we got sat in one table near the bar. We had to wait around 15 more minutes for the drinks order so when the server arrived we decided to order everything at once, drinks, appetizer and dinner. After 20 more minutes the drinks arrived, then the appetizer with NO plates. The server disappear and then 20 minutes later the food arrived in the "manager hands". We asked him what was going on and he just flipped on us, giving excuses about being under staff and ask us to apply for a job there and tell people to come and apply for a job very nasty and rude. I told him that I am a Chef and I have to deal with working under staff every day and I never have to give excuses to our guest or customers so there is no reason for that and he never apologized and just walked away. I could just leave but I didn't because we were starving and almost passing out so we just finished our meals , paid and left the restaurant and thew manager never went back to the table even when we ask the server to call him back, so we just left. Now I understand why so many places are closing for good because of this kind of situation that makes business FAIL.... shame!!

OUT OF THIS WORLD Vegan cheese pizza. We regularly get the large Vegan cheese with caramelized onions and Beyond burger beef crumbles. You will not even know that you're eating healthy. Tastes like dairy cheese. The cutomer service at this place is fantastic also!
