My review is based solely on the DIM SUM (brunch/lunch hours). I have been here for dinner before but I believe what makes this restaurant special is its extremely delicious dim sum.
Arrived around noon and had almost an hour wait but it was worth it. I have had dim sum all over and believe that this place has the best dim sum thus far. Absolutely incredible!
The shrimp buns, the egg tarts, the beef cheung fun, the shumai, the lomaigai! All so fresh and with amazing flavor. My fullest compliments to the chef; I absolutely look forward to going back.
If you leave a bad review you do not know great dim sum!! Excellent & worth the wait! I’m so happy to have found Mings!! I can’t wait to go back! Beautiful place very clean Best restaurant around!
The food!
I have been in different dim sun restaurant and this one is very good. There will be some wait. This is in the center of Malden which is great to walk around and get some tea. It’s close to the train station which makes it very convenient.
There was a wait of about .30 mts. Once we sat we had to wait fir about 5 to 10 mts or more to get attended. However, once we ordered the food came to our table very quickly abs it was delicious.
This place is very clean and servers were nice and patience.
I would definitely will go here again.
Most of the dumplings were quite good (excellent given the very cheap prices).
Service is different from typical American service. You're not assigned a single waiter to your table. They have many waiters that occasionally check your table. When they're busy you do have to get their attention if you need more water, dishes, ready for the check, etc. But once you get their attention they have fast service.
Not bad, just something to keep in mind.
Restaurant is clean with spacious seating. Dim sum are pretty good but could be better, the only thing I would recommend is the red rice shrimp roll or whatever it’s called, everything else is just okay. I would go for Sun Kong after eaten at both places.
