This place embodies small town place with fantastic service. The food and pizza are delicious !!! I have to say the 621 staff is always so pleasant and accommodating! They made me a special heart shaped Italiano pizza for Valentine’s Day something they’ve never been asked to do but it came out incredible!!! Kudos to the chef and the staff thank you so much!

The place was packed . We arrived at 2:15 didn’t get seated until 3 and we asked about the luncheon specials which we were told it was too late to get any luncheon specials even tho we were there in time to get them but weren’t seated for 45 minutes later .The waitress disappeared so we didn’t have a chance to order for another half hour . The service was poor to say the least . The pasta I got was hard and cold …..my daughters chowder was cold I’m sorry but for $80 for 4 of us I surely was expecting much better service and much better food as this place was recommended by a close friend who lives in the area. I wouldn’t return there as I was very disappointed with the service and the food.

Best family friendly restaurant/bar in Malden! It's family owned. Everything on their menu is amazing. Not only is the food 5 star worthy, but it doesn't break the bank. I love 621 and I highly recommend it for everyone

Great place to watch sporting events. Staff is always friendly. Always a wait when we come which means it is a very popular place. Parking is a challenge however be patient. I am OCD, so I only order the steak tips they are always over cooked (I ask for Medium Rare) Medium Well yet they taste ok. Others in my party love their pizza. Their salad is great. I don’t ever have to ask for anything - drink refills, more napkins, sauces, etc. Wait staff checks back in on you just often enough but not too often. Great prices. Gets 4 stars only because they over cook the steak tips. Tonight I am going to ask for Rare and hope I get Medium Rare.

Great food and service. For a place that has a large amount of food they maintain quality. Always busy but well worth the wait.

Dropped in for drinks and a quick snack. Small cheese pizza to be specific. Drinks were good. Healthy pour. Keno to boot. And the pizza hit the spot. It’s a bit hidden but well worth the trip. Okay dining room but the focal point is the bar. It is very impressive. Bar tender was great. Super friendly. Need to go back but certainly recommend!

One of the hidden gems in Malden. This place is just special. Alway full of locals. Always showing the games. Great portions. Delicious food. And just a wonderful feeling. Where everyone knows the regulars. And post pandemic it feels even more special now, because they adapted and survived. Unlike so many others.

Our waitess was absolute trash. She was without a shred of sarcasm the most vile and embarrassing female you could ever have working at your restaurant. She tried cracking such an off putting joke that our whole table was mortified by her absolute lack of morals and values. I can't say it here, but the owners of the 621 should know you have a dumpster of woman working there. We will never be going back.

06/26/17 -- They are located so far north of Malden that they are almost in Saugus. Plenty of parking. Not sure what to expect, looking at the exterior. Big bar, lots of TVs and booth seating along the walls.
