Review Villa Barone Hilltop Manor - Mahopac

My wedding on 5/21/22 was an absolute dream! Having a bridal assistant follow me the whole night and check in on me was something I didn't know I needed either. The staff was so kind and helpful to my family and wedding party too. I absolutely loved my reception and cocktail hour, the whole day was perfect!

Villa Barone Hilltop Manor is the absolute most amazing place to have your wedding! You must go check out this place as a venue! I remember the day my fiancé and my parents went here. We were there for about two hours, and Nick (one of the owners) gave us the most VIP experience you can imagine. He took his time and explained every single detail of that wedding day from first look to ceremony, to cocktail hour, to reception, to Venetian hour. I knew in my heart that this was going to be where we had our wedding. If you want to be treated like royalty on your special day, this is the place to be. I was a Covid bride. We had three different dates in three different years all at the Villa Barone Hilltop Manor (September 2020, May 2021, May 2022) Every time we had to change our date, they were beyond accommodating. Nick and his staff were extremely professional. I knew when the time came, they were going to deliver. Everything about this place is beyond beautiful. They go the extra mile to ensure this venue has high standards in regards to cleanliness and appearance. Every chandelier sparkled!! When our day came (May 29, 2022) everything was strategically planned and timed. I had absolutely no worries! The staff treated my guests with the upmost respect. Each person working your wedding had a mic and ear phone. Every step was calculated and everyone was on board. We had a first look at their lakefront property. It is right down the road from the venue. What other venue do you know that has a separate location on the lake for pictures?! BEAUTIFUL! Starting with valet parking, you knew right off the bat that this was going to be a classy affair. The ceremony location outside on the stairs was magical. The cocktail hour blew everyone away because there was still more food to come at the reception. The reception was awesome. We were in the grand ballroom and it absolutely dazzled. They even went around and offered our guests seconds for food selections. Then Venetian hour came. This I feel was something so different & mind blowing! They rolled out the tables of small desserts and it kept coming! There were beautiful ice sculptures, and pyrotechnics, and chocolate fountains, and any and every dessert you can imagine. This display was something else! I have never seen anything like it at any other wedding I have been to! The Villa Barone Hilltop Manor in Mahopac, New York exceeds expectations. I had a bridal attendant named Ashley. She was by my side from the time I got out of the limo to the time we left. Anything and everything I needed she was my right hand person that day. I’m telling you, it was the most amazing experience. Other venues do not have this. Classy classy classy place! Nick also referred us to Runway Photo and Westchester Floral. I had the absolute pleasure working with Dom from Runway. We went to New York City to Central Park to take our Engagement Photos back in October 2019. Danny from Westchester floral made sure our floral arrangements were beyond outstanding. He is so talented and has such an eye for things. I am extremely grateful for Nick and his referrals to top people in this wedding industry. Thank you Villa Barone for making our long awaited wedding day something we will never forget! Thanks for treating us like family! We love you and appreciate you so much!

I did my daughter sweet sixteen on March 12, 2022. I can’t even describe how beautiful it came out. They help me with everything and their service was magnificent. I was a little nervous and they told me don’t worry because everything is going to be ok. But it was just amazing. I am more than grateful for their amazing job and for making this especial night extra beautiful!

I don’t even know where to start. My (now) husband and I are in complete awe with Villa Barone Hilltop Manor. If I could give this rating TEN stars, I would. We booked the venue with Villa Barone back in early 2019 and due to the pandemic, we rescheduled it FOUR TIMES! Everyone was so patient with us, empathetic, accommodating and just amazing throughout the entire process. Fast forward to our special day and boy was the wait worth it! They exceeded our expectations. I am in disbelief with how AMAZING every staff member was with us. So attentive and so kind - to say the least, we were treated like royalty. I can honestly say, this place consists of incredible employees that from the outside seem like family and treated us like so too! Our wedding day was magical and it’s all thanks to Villa Barone. A special thank you to Vinny - this day wouldn’t have been possible without you. Thank you for making our LONG awaited day so special and perfect. To Julian, Ashley, Joe and all staff at Villa Barone, thank you for your wonderful care - we will never forget you. We had an absolutely amazing time! The food was delicious from the cocktail hour to the cake! Villa Barone did an amazing job. The place is just gorgeous and the people working there on point. You made my nephew and his wife's wedding a memorable one . Thank you ❤

Villa barone is one of the best weddings I have tended in a long time top notch staff cater to every need they made you feel like royalty thank you to my niece and nephew Ana and Anthony for letting us be part of their special day and for choosing such a great venue.

Our wedding was absolutely amazing. We could not have pictured a more perfect day. Louis and Briana were amazing and attended to us all night long. They were accommodating and flexible and always asked what we wanted. Briana was very friendly and helped me with my train all night. They packed us all our leftovers, a tier of our cake, and had all our things ready to go at the end of the night. The Villa Barone is very efficient and everything went off without a hitch, even when we had to move the ceremony indoors only an hour or two prior. Everyone said that the food was amazing, the venue was beautiful, and the workers were friendly and accommodating. Many people said, “Best wedding we have ever been to.” Prior to the wedding, we dealt with several different people, all who were equally knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. They had excellent recommendations for food, decorations, and other vendors. Everything went so smoothly the entire day of our wedding and we did not have to worry about a single thing. They handled everything in stride and are really a top-notch venue. I could not recommend the Villa Barone any more!!

This venue made all my dreams come true and then some! The food was delicious! As the bride, they treated me like a queen! Thank you for making my day the most magical and memorable days of my life!
