A new gem in Maggie! We had the best bbq dinner tonight. Service was over the top great and the food was exceptional. The pulled pork and pulled chicken was fantastic. We loved the collard greens with their own pepper vinegar. Don’t miss the homemade BBQ sauces! We’ll be back for sure.
We stopped there yesterday afternoon when we got into Maggie Valley. The staff was extremely helpful and as nice as could be. The wings were to die for, so good that I had to get some to take home. We also got the pecan pie for dessert and it was delicious! Would recommend them to everyone. Next time we are in Maggie Valley they will be our first stop!
Great place great environment loved it highly recommend this place price is a little high for lunch stuff but they make it up in the amount of food you get !!
Great food! The brisket has incredible flavor. The baked beans are not your ordinary barbecue restaurant beans, whatever they season them with makes them very special; same with their collard greens!! My husband raves about their ribs and Mac n cheese. Quick service, friendly, helpful staff.
Stopped here on a whim! Left feeling sick to my stomach! The food is beyond delicious and the pies are a fat kids dream. I ate so much trying to slide my belly out of the booth was the only problem! The biggest disappointment was watching this place disappear in my rear view!
The smoked wings, beef brisket and ribs were outstanding! Tried the Spicy sweet garlic sauce on the ribs...to die for!! The fries are excellent and the service was fast...loved it!
We went for lunch yesterday to try out the place. We both ordered the pulled pork salad. It was delicious !! The pork was tender and lean and served warm over a crisp and full of veggies salad. The dressings were very generous and the homemade BBQ sauces were right on the money ! We will definitely come back to try the brisket ! Everyone made us feel so welcomed and neighborly ! Nice folks ! Delicious food !
they’re pulled chicken was wonderful, and the side options were so good!! the Peach Cobbler was also top-notch! the people were so kind and the environment was quite comfortable! ��

We absolutely love this place. My three kids (8, 5, and 3) love all the variety of sides, and we have never ordered anything we didn't really love. The ribs are to DIE for...and we're pretty picky about our ribs.

Willie Brooks has some Smokin good BBQ! #BBQ Just outside Maggie Valley.. it is a must place to stop! Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken and Brisket! Macaroni and Cheese, Collard Greens and Potato Salad are amazing! Love the atmosphere and decor, too! Great service and friendly, too!
Their loaded fries with pulled pork was amazing! I also had the brisket sandwich with collard greens, which were to-die-for! The only thing I wished they had was a place to take a nap after I finished eating all of the delicious BBQ!
We loved the food. Excellent services. Our waitress was the bomb! Great place for comfort foods. The cornbread is awesome. Anything on the menu is great. Try it all! LOL
The best barbecue place I have ever been to. They are very clean and nice there. The best sauce and meat. The hush puppies are to die for. No doubt this is the best bbq place. I will go back as often as possible!
Located in a beautiful lodge. Food was good. Pulled pork nachos need to be on your bucket list. Service was over the top good. Cute bar tucked in the back corner. Location can't be beat.
Great BBQ, generous portions and tasty sides. I highly recommend the spicy garlic wings! Everyone enjoyed the food they got, we would definitely eat there again.
Amazing. If anyone ever told you little spots like this place doesnt make good bbq you have been lied too lol brisket was so good sides were what you expect and the ribs that meat falls right off the bone amazing.
Amazing BBQ - I had the 1/2lb of pulled pork, mustard sauce, and collards greens. The pulled pork and mustard sauce were top notch and worth getting again. Real quick service too!

I've had the ribs, pulled pork and brisket, as well as collards and hush puppies and corn pudding( not all in one sitting). The portions were generous. I've been very happy with all of it, though not particularly impressed with the buns they use for sandwiches. They're not bad, but they don't add to the experience either. Still, I highly recommend this restaurant. It is very clean and the service was quick and friendly.
Excellent experience. Meal choices were varied and provided a great variety of entrees with very good side choices. Meat choices were tender, moist, and portions were large. Prices were very reasonable. We are looking forward to our next dining experience there. Cora is a fantastic restaurant manager.

Fantastic BBQ! My Mother and I are originally from Texas, and we love the brisket here. Having the brisket in the loaded potato is one of my favorites.
The new location is very nice. It's clean, comfortable and the staff I've met have all been incredibly nice. I'd recommend Willie Brooks to everyone.
This place was amazing!!! The best way to get the fries is with bacon and cheddar. The fries are amazingly crispy and the pulled pork is the best I have ever had out of many places tried, it's not fatty tasting like most other places, it's not tough and has the best smoked flavor. The macaroni and cheese I highly recommend as well. The customer service is amazing and the decor of the building and inside is absolutely beautiful. This is the our new go to for bbq!!!!
We ate at Willie Brooks for the first time after snowboarding. They offer a variety of meats so if you don't eat pork there are a decent amount of options for you. The wings were phenomenal and had tons of flavor. The macaroni and cheese is a must get. Its very creamy with little crunchy flakes on top adding to the texture. All in all I was very satisfied with this restaurant!
Delicious pulled pork sandwich & side. Our server Erica was very good; made us feel right @ home. My only complaint was they were sold out of banana pudding. Will recommend to all.

Smoked brisket is juicy and tasty! Sides I’ve had are good too. Fries are home cut and seasoned. Potato salad made from chunky red potatoes and seasoned well.
This is a NEW place. The owners are working hard to make this a success. I think it will become a well traveled restaurant for our locals here in Maggie Valley area.

Excellent food, excellent service and owners with genuine hearts for others - Haywood County is blessed to have such a sweet family in our midst. And, to top it all off, they have Alabama White Sauce! The only other place I've ever had such a sauce is at Big Bob Gibson's in Decatur, AL so I am excited to have some in my own backyard. All of their meats are amazing sauce free, truly (and I'm not typically a dry bbq fan), but top any one of them with Alabama White and you've got one of the tastiest bites I've ever eaten. Their brisket and pulled chicken are two of my very favorites. Willie Brooks is the only place I've ever eaten brisket and liked it - now, I order it from them regularly. And their whole smoked Boston butt? One of the best Thanksgiving meals (we celebrated early) we've ever had, hands down. We topped it with a pan dripping gravy. 15 people (10 adults and 5 kids) had healthy portions and there was still enough left for lunch the next day. The flavor was delicious and the texture was soft and tender. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We all agreed that we are ordering another one for Christmas, it was just that good. If you are local or just passing through, I would HIGHLY recommend that you take the time to stop by this little gem located on the way out to Maggie Valley. You certainly won't regret it!
We love BBQ and waited for willie Brooks to open a few months ago. Thank goodness they did because we only have to travel about 5 minutes from Maggie Valley to eat there. Their BBQ meats and ribs are excellent as well as their pulled pork and chicken. Great sides as well. Very clean and country-looking place. The employees are friendly and very service oriented.
