I've been here twice and the wait time has been long both times for 1 drink. The latest time however I waited like 20 minutes. Thats ridiculous especially considering there were 4 baristas making drinks. Both drinks have been kind of bland in comparison to other locations.

Hard working staff but their system to manage orders is disorganized. Orders are consistently missed and you patiently wait till 30 min passes and you finally ask what happened to a decaf coffee and black cold brew (all pre made and require no fancy work) weekends are bad and it keeps happening. Feel for the staff. Just need management to work out a better process

I ordered a hazelnut hot chocolate for my mother, which she said was delicious. I am unaware of what my friend ordered, but her and I both got skim milk in our orders. I was in a hurry so I drove home and didn’t get to drink my latte until I was inside. It smelt rotten, and to be a decent person, I tried to drink it. Nope, spoiled milk. The only reason I know it was spoiled was because I had just emptied my old, two week expired milk out of my fridge. They smelt 100% the same.
More staff is also needed at this store. Two workers were doing their best making drinks while another one was at the register taking orders. The final worker wasn’t doing anything.
The hazelnut hot chocolate is the only thing keeping this at a steady 2 stars. I went to get the hot chocolate for my mother and she wasn’t disappointed.

So I went here with my sister to just get coffee and cake pops. Little did I know this place is such a disaster that the guy at the register said the WAIT TIME IS ABOUT 20 MINUTES!!! 20 minutes for FAST FOOD! It's fast food not 20 minute food!

Every time I visit is worse. They changed how mobile orders get picked up so it’s in the same spot as regular orders and it’s causes a ton of people to be crowded in a tiny spot.
The app doesn’t give an accurate time for when to pick up orders so people constantly walk up and touch all the cups looking for their name when it’s still 20-25 mins from their order being ready.
When they are out of things instead of just processing a refund, they make you go stand in line for the register.
I prefer the Starbucks in north Branford or old saybrook, those are more organized and they process orders more quickly with the same number of employees.

The last several times I've been here I've been forced to wait easily 25+ minutes for mobile orders. I recommend finding a different spot until they can figure themselves out.
