Always solid drinks and the seating is brand new for the season!
I've been here twice and the wait time has been long both times for 1 drink. The latest time however I waited like 20 minutes. Thats ridiculous especially considering there were 4 baristas making drinks. Both drinks have been kind of bland in comparison to other locations.
Hard working staff but their system to manage orders is disorganized. Orders are consistently missed and you patiently wait till 30 min passes and you finally ask what happened to a decaf coffee and black cold brew (all pre made and require no fancy work) weekends are bad and it keeps happening. I ordered a hazelnut hot chocolate for my mother, which she said was delicious. I am unaware of what my friend ordered, but her and I both got skim milk in our orders. I was in a hurry so I drove home and didn’t get to drink my latte until I was inside. It smelt rotten, and to be a decent person, I

So I went here with my sister to just get coffee and cake pops. Little did I know this place is such a disaster that the guy at the register said the WAIT TIME IS ABOUT 20 MINUTES!!! 20 minutes for FAST FOOD! It's fast food not 20 minute food!
Every time I visit is worse. They changed how mobile orders get picked up so it’s in the same spot as regular orders and it’s causes a ton of people to be crowded in a tiny spot.
The app doesn’t give an accurate time for when to pick up orders so people constantly walk up and touch all the cups look
The last several times I've been here I've been forced to wait easily 25+ minutes for mobile orders. I recommend finding a different spot until they can figure themselves out.
