We arrived around 2:30, the doors to the dining room were locked, but the sign says dining room open. The employees said they were too busy to have the doors unlocked. There was myself and my wife and 2 other couples. The entire time we were there they never unlocked the doors. The one employee cleaning up was told to keep the doors locked. If you are that short staffed then you need to take down the sign that says your dining room is open. The food was okay and we got it in a timely manner.

Arby's restaurant is a great place to get Euro sandwiches. I enjoy them every time I get one also the cashiers are very nice and kind bathrooms are very clean and cashiers are very knowledgeable.

Awful Customer Service, food was wrong (what we got), AND was overcharged! My husband and I went through the drive-thru and ordered a #1 Double (Roast Beef with Cheddar) with a coke and a #2 Classic with a coke. The lady over the intercom was decent and repeated our order back correctly. Once we pulled up to the pick-up window, young boy with bad attitude, handed my husband a small bag with just 2 sandwiches in it. Nothing else. After he finally come back to the window, we told him we still needed our fries and drinks. He had already taken our payment. Rings up fries and drink bc they didn’t ring it up correctly the first time. Had to ask for sauce, straws and napkins and saw we were over charged. No cheese on Double and only 1 coke. Sorry Customer service but yet these punks want $12-$15 an hour!! That dude needs to learn the basics!!

Quality food for a little more of a price then other fast food places, definitely a recommendable and dependable place to eat at on a pinch or just in general with family and friends.

Ashley took my order to go. She has a very friendly and professional attitude. My order was ready before I had time to fill the large tea. A clean dining room and restroom.

They like to close their 😡doors early even when dine in is at 8o’clock that ends .👎👎👎 I would just go to waffle house instead if they’re going to be like that why even spend your money there you can go somewhere else and get treated a lot better.

Drive Thur only that’s a joke when I see customer eating looking at me try to open door. You just lost my business period. It’s 1 o’clock and I can walk in another place with no problem
