Had dinner with daughter and mom here on Saturday 2/26/22. There were only 2 servers! Our server Morgan was serving, cleaning tables,hosting, everything everywhere and still friendly and apologetic. The food and service were good and place was fairly clean considering the obstacles. Well done ladies. Your Managment should recognize you. ISN'T DONE enough these days. Thank you Morgan.

Love Frisch's.....❤ My only issue was they didn't have enough help and it was slow getting our food, but the gal that waited on us was so nice and fun! She needs a raise!!!! She was doing 3 peoples job, she didn't complain and she still had a Smile 🙂 on her face, all of them that day should be pd. for doing 2 -3 peoples job and was doing it well. Thank you!!! DKG

Shooting for Big Boy sandwich but changed to sliders. Very good service a little spotty but solid. Cole slaw good the Big Boy tradition lives on

Good place to eat. I had them hold all topping and bun. Just getting meat. Still charga for full amount. Many places take off small discount, not them. Waiter was very nice.

We went in about an hour before closing time and the salad bar food had just been sitting long enough it was crusted over. It all looked so nasty just like something that could make people sick. Never saw anyone go up to that area until time to put it all away, which I hope was thrown out. The pans out there most likely had to soak from the burnt crusting mess for days the way it looked. Very disappointing! Also it was my birthday, they were told, never got a Happy Birthday and normally they give a desert but nope nothing and even cost full price.
I'll never go back, not sure who is in charge at Madison location but I don't recommend it. 🤷

Drove 2 hours just to eat here! What a waste of a day!!!!Time & money!!Poor service was there 15 minutes before a waitress even came to take our water order , then another 20 before food order!!Chicken no flavor lukewarm..sweet tater fries cold..onion rings cold .fish sandwich decent.Poor service and food!!!Also we saw 3 other tables get food sent back as well.Maybe 8/10 tables with people inside.Again what a huge disappointment#!

First time to madison indiana for the boat races, I was definitely excited to try big boy for the very first time. Inside was great and super clean I ordered the French toast with meat bacon and sausage it was poor honestly I had it with cinnamon sugar and butter and they loaded it with so much butter I couldn't finish it bacon was good sausage was cold and I was disappointed that I didn't have hashbrowns save your time and money and go some where else. We waited 35 mins just to receive our bill
