Service is OK. Friendly. But the price is like the old days. $1.75 draft beer. Served in a plastic cup but still cant believe the price. No craft beers but who cares. It's like pubs were before Sam Adams started the microbrewery trend. Every app is under 10 bucks. Food is decent.
Just off the main road in Madison. We had hamburgers. The regular Shipley burger was huge, and I love to eat. A real burger, though and delicious. It's also a tavern so maybe not the family evening spot, but very nice at lunch time. Also, the sides we got, fries and onion RI gs were great. A m
Not much going on in this town but this place has the best burger. No one cooks burgers at any temp other than well done here. Must be an Indians thing. So with that in mind…. Best burgers… drinks are just okay.
If you're looking for a dive bar and excellent food this is the place ! A Madison "must-visit" in our opinion and a regular spot for us to enjoy the best burger for miles!
