have been going here for years and was always a huge fan. today i placed an order and waited about 15 minutes before mentioning my missing items. the girl making the smoothie continued doing what she was doing and i assumed would finish my order for me after showing details. when i was ignored for about another 20 minutes i walked to the cashier about 3 times. once the lady making smoothies completed mine about 45 minutes after my arrival and an hour after placing my order she set it on the counter behind the bar where i couldn’t reach it. at this point i was pacing trying to keep my cool because i know people can be quite rude in the service industry and have worked multiple similar jobs. when i looked up i saw several employees looking and pointing at me from the back room while i was already trying to hold back my frustration. I walked up to the register and asked for the smoothie on the back counter and the lady working it was honestly very helpful and apologized. but overall i’m frustrated with the immaturity of the situation and the fact i paid them for over an hour of my time and mocking me. the food and smoothies are good just pick a different location.

I’ve been in here several times because I work near by and love a good smoothie. However, it feels like each time I come in here the customer service gets worse and worse. The cashiers hardly ever greet when customers walk in. I stood at the register waiting to order while one of the cashiers was just walking around. When she finally did come up to take my order she just stood there. Never spoke to me or anything she just stood there waiting for me to tell her my order. I hate to leave such a bad review but the customer service is just not good.

*If you wish to be disrespected, then this is the place for you.* The customer service here is absolutely horrific. Today, I called to make an order and I was placed on hold for 5 minutes. I hung up and called back and the phone gave me the busy signal, which meant the phone was off the hook for much longer after I hung up.
I eventually got through and when I answered I said hi good morning, are you guys busy right now? Her response: What would you like to order? I said "hi, are you guys busy right now," just in case she didn't hear my question the first time. She responded after a long pause "are you planning to order?" I said "Yes I am, I'm just wondering if its busy". She said, after another long pause and rather annoyingly, "no we're not busy do you plan to order orrr..." I was stunned and immediately disconnected the call. I don't spend money where I am disrespected.
The attitude stinks here. This is the same person I had a less than pleasant experience with thrice before today, but I kept going back. If management sees this, whoever was on shift on Mon Apr 11 around 12:30, she's the person that I spoke with. I'm disappointed because I eat healthily and this spot is just a minute drive from my house. Grossly disappointed.
I notice a similar review just a month ago, so this tells me that management doesn't plan on fixing this problem. Stop sending people to a contact us page on your website if clearly no changes are happening.

I'm not one to leave a bad review but the last few times I've come in here it's been nothing but silence and glares. The most recent visit is what really set me off. I came here for my lunch break since I work nearby. When I got to the register I could hear a girl in the back so "oh great" and the girl at the register just stared at me. Finally she spoke up and said "our system is down we can't take orders." Would have been nice to have a sign on the door. It was a complete waste of my time and the overall experience rubbed me wrong. There was no sorry, no update on if the system would come back up. Absolutely no help or customer service.

Took 30 minutes to get my food and smoothie and ended up with half an avocado in the middle of the smoothie. In their defense, the smoothie has avocado in it, but something tells me this isn’t how it is supposed to be served.

NEGATIVE!! All the one stars are TRUE! I waited 15 mins before I told the cashier my order. No one greeted me or spoke to me I just stood there at the register. They were super slow. Ignoring me as if I wasn't there. Finally she finish what she's doing and just stands at the register and doesn't say anything. So I'm like ok so you ready now. 2 white girls come in and the cashier acknowledge and talk to them. Hmm yeah strange. The cashier's name was Abigail. Rude with no customer service skills. Same thing happened in front of me. One of my friends walked in and they didn't not acknowledge either and he was African American as well.. I got there at 1:50 and my order was taken at 2:09.. I got my 2 smoothies and a wrap about 2:25.. Truth be told this location need to hire skilled and non bias workers and more than just 2 people. OR SHUT DOWN because this is the worst location I've ever been to.. Huntsville location is the best! For this location to be in Madison its just ridiculous and so unprofessional. I would not recommend this location PERIOD. AND obviously the management is not doing nothing about because this is what all the bad reviews are about. What I experienced today. Same complaints and nothing being done.. SO SAVE YOUR GAS AND TIME! THIS LOCATION IS DEFINITELY A HUGE NEGATIVE..

Love the food and smoothies. The last time we were here, my wife's order was incorrect but after calling (it was take out), they did have it correct and ready for her when we went back.

Very friendly staff and awesome smoothies, this is my new favorite smoothie place.
I had an issue with their mobile app and the lady assisted me with using the coupon. 5/5 stars!
