How can you continue to take full price but give me less? The amount of food given isn’t the same each time. It’s fine on too long. I’ve read other posts saying the same thing. Here are two photos. One shows a half salad filled near the top of the bowl. The other shows another half salad ordered on the next day, but it’s way less of an amount. Please become more consistent. Please. It’s my money you’re taking

I ordered a breakfast sandwich this morning on the app for rapid pick up. It was for a bacon, OVEReasy egg, and cheese on a brioche roll. When I got to work this is what I saw ( picture below). Not sure what this white mess is on my sandwich. The store wasn't busy so there was no need to rush. On the positive side, the blueberry muffin was better and the order was ready on time.

This place has certainly struggled with delivery as of late. Barely any lettuce in the salad and the turkey bravo had no sauce on it even though it was ordered. We have much better luck when we eat there. The staff is friendly and attentive. Do not recommend the drive through or delivery options. Eat inside or order to go.

Both sandwiches we ordered had excess avocado everywhere on the wrapping paper. The cup of tomato soup in our order had tomato soup dripping down the sides of its container. Worse, though, was ordering a large latte only to receive a cup that's only 2/3 full. Were it not for them shorting my coffee and serving us unappetizing, messily packaged food, this review would be a 4 - the bread on both sandwiches was toasted perfectly.

I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the salad that I got today. I love the salads here, they usually are fresh and delicious, today I tried a strawberry poppy salad. I changed the chicken out for shredded chicken and paid for extra chicken. I got a little bowl with some chicken. I recall their full salads being bigger, I feel like I got a portion of a half salad and it was not enough as a meal by itself. I am sad that this is what a $14 salad looks like. I’d rather go to Publix and get a similar salad for $7 than to come back for this tiny salad.

Tried to order a grain bowl last week for delivery and they called me and canceled my order because they didn’t have all the ingredients. Ok, understandable. Ordered one today and it was just delivered WITHOUT the grains. A “warm grain” bowl with literally black beans, corn, tomatoes….no grain….

I’ve eaten here for years and this is the WORST experience I’ve had! I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt and it was NOT prepared as usual! This sandwich looks HORRIBLE and completely took my appetite. I won’t be patronizing this location anymore.

Got a Mac&Cheese and a Mango smoothie, but ended up getting handed a Strawberry Banana smoothie. The service was kind and the place was clean. The wait just took a long time and they messed up my smoothie those are the only downsides.
