Noodle Express

Nate is awesome. Great attitude & energy he must love his job and it carries over to the customers. I was bummed the menu item I like best is not available anymore but Nate’s suggestion was good too so it was okay. Not sure anyone has made me laugh at a drive-thru but this trip was fun. I even saw the next car in line had a few laughs also.

20 minutes to complete the transaction. 8:30pm, so not rush hour. 5 or 6 people visible in the window, and the the lobby was closed (so there were no distractions). $30 worth of food ordered, and they said the card didn't work. Paid with cash. Then they told us to pull forward to collect the food. 5 minutes later they came back to ask what exactly we ordered. Then 20 minutes after ordering, we were told our order had been given to someone else. So they gave us about 70% of our order and a few free soft taco with your next purchase coupons.

This is my favorite taco bell. Employees are friendly, and have that right amount of 'just getting through my shift' energy, that easily matches the customers 'i have no will to cook or the money to buy something nice' attitude. Every interaction is a taco-tastic delight. I gladly fill out every corporate survey the employee hands me at the window. Late night, the cashier may throw a 'were out of tacos' joke your way, and for a brief moment, you remember that you're alive on this planet. The food is taco bell. If you want taco bell, well let me tell you, you're in for a treat.

in taco bell terms, this place is staffed terribly. if you don't order by number, this crew is clueless. if you order anything crunchy, expect it to be crushed. when you mention the order was wrong, expect an argument, and then don't stick around for the correction because this crew is likely to spit in your meat. very unprofessional.
