When they get it right, the food is pretty good. Unfortunately, this doesn't happen often. Whenever I order online, they consistently are very, very late. The last 5 times that I have gone in-person, an elderly woman has served me each time, giving me the smallest portion of meat that I have ever seen. And, the line moves slowly when she is working that you can stand in one place for 5 minutes before the line finally moves one place forward.

Always understaffed. The manager needs to either hire the right people or simply hire more. If you track the reviews back enough, it is consistently 5 stars, last 6 months though? All 1s. Has to be on whoever is leading the place.

You can only order online. It says it will be ready in 10 minutes, but then you spend 30-40 minutes of your life standing in a crowded Chipotle, waiting for your order. And if you mention this to employees, they don't care -- they "don't control the order time, the system does." This has happened to me twice now. Is there no way to fix this (in the year 2022)?????

Food was 45 minutes late (about 80 minutes after I placed the order which was around 645 PM). "Large" chip bag was less than half full. Burrito bowl container was about the same and was missing guac, and tacos we're super wet and falling apart. Didn't feel like an appropriate amount of time to wait for a subpar meal. Hardly fed two small people and cost almost $40.

Yummy food as always! They tend to be extremely busy around dinner time and sometimes stop in-store ordering and only do in-store pick up through the app— so watch out for that!

Delivery system is terrible. There is no way of knowing when and if your food is even coming because it constantly switches from telling you “we’re looking for you” and “your order was cancelled.” Additionally, it estimated the order to arrive in 45-50 minutes, but I highly doubt they ever meet this estimate.
