Hard to believe this is the same place. A couple weeks ago I had one of the skimpiest dryest pizzas of my life. I rated a one star and complained. They urged me to accept 15 in gift cards and give it another try. Using a coupon for unlimited toppings large pizza . This is what I got and let me say.
Terrible customer service at this location. My chicken Cesar salad arrived, lettuce slimy and brown. Refused to replace, said it doesn't expire until tomorrow. This happened once before when I was in Wausau, no questions asked they showed up with another salad and apologized. I'm still on hold f

An appropriate wait time for a carry out order. The app offered the option to offer encouragement to the cook so a little laugh was had and then we had good pizza.

This is consistently awful. I have intermittently given this location "a second chance". Last time I ordered the stuffed spinach feta bread which was literally cheese bread. It had about 1 tablespoon of feta and probably...3 leaves of spinach? LMAO. It was quite comical.
