My orders was placed already several minutes before I even got to this Wendy’s. I was in line pulling up to the speaker and the digital account was not working and there was money in my account. I told the person this and they insisted that I had to come inside if I was “just ordering now” I was NOT “just ordering now”. Also, How is that any different between me placing an order in the drive-through right then? That’s absolutely ridiculous. It is not my problem if the Wendys digital app is not working, I had money in my Wendy’s account and it was taking a moment to pull up. Maybe your employees should be a little more patient when they’re dealing with customer service. Pretty annoyed by the whole interaction and I will not be back to this Wendy’s. There was one car behind me. And if there was cars ahead of me that’s fine, I was willing to wait. Again, not any different than me ordering at the drive-through right that second. Your employees clearly need more education and customer service. No, I do not feel I should’ve had to go inside, and I was going to the drive-through for a reason. Very disappointing Wendy’s.

Workers were friendly but the food was not what I've been used to from Wendy's. Bacon was not done and the fancy drink dispenser didn't have half of what I thought it would. At least the chicken nuggets were decent.

Deserves negative stars.... Worst Wendy's ever in my experience. Probably won't go to any Wendy's for a while...and it used to be my favorite fast food joint.... You'll pay for this, um, I'm not sure who exactly, but definitely someone 😂😂😂 You ruined Wendy's for me, thanks 😞 DETAILS: cold burger and beef patty was in 4 pieces, uncooked fries, less than half of the choices on the soda machine worked, lobby was trashed, staff was not paying attention.... How is this place still in business? Maybe it was a bad day idk, but this ain't over, I'm letting Wendy know what you're doing to her legacy

Placed a mobile order and it wnt thru on there stores app get there after waiting over 45min in there drive thru to be told they can't do part of my order after taking the payment and they say go threw the third party app to get my refund and upon telling them I used there app they say they don't know how to give the refund very poor service definitely not coming again. Got sent forward to wait on my order so they can help other people and ended up sitting there another 25 min just to see all the lights go out and not get any of my food went to the front to see all the employees cars gone from the lot they took my money from my account and just closed without giving me any of my order definitely getting my bank involved in this incident.

Trying to place an order for work and in a 10 foot tall van. The employees refused to remotely accommodate us and were very impatient but the food was good though

We ordered 60 junior bacon for our family. We ate breakfast already but needed some lunch real fast. The lady at the register did its probably going to be about 30 mins but they had the order ready in 15 mins. Awesome job guys!!!!

No one can even pretend here. No “hi” or “thank you”, no talking at all past the initial order. The cashier didn’t confirm my order or tell me the total, she didn’t offer a receipt. The person pouring our drinks had their mask hanging off of their face and as they were putting ice into the cups they touched their face many times with the same hand they were holding the drink lid with. The bottom of the lid came into contact with their clothes multiple times too, then they put it on our drink.
I didn’t see how the food was prepared but if the other service gave any indications it was done carelessly and with no Covid precautions.
I had contact with 4 ppl and the only one who spoke even one word to me was the person who took the order.
I’ll never stop at this location again, unacceptable during normal times let alone during a pandemic.

I came here to pick up a doordash order and I just couldn’t help but not say how great Sam is!! He is superb in customer service! So kind, truly and genuinely goes out of his way to make sure he takes the best care of each customer! Truly a great asset to this location. He deserves the highest of recognition! Just had to say something as most fast food places just don’t usually have such gems if employees! Not saying they are bad.. but just under paid, over worked, and under valued! He cares about his job and it shows.
