Used drive up. Ordered an 8 piece original bucket, was told they had no breast in original. I said fine add crispy. Was told it would be a wait they had just dropped some crispy, but he offered to add some extra pieces for the inconvenience. I said sure fine. Got home, nothing extra. And no receipt. Not happy with them today.😕

Check your order before leaving drive thru.. Forgot fries & no syrup for chicken & waffle sandwich. Dr. Pepper tasted horrible. I should have read the reviews before stopping. I definitely would have passed.. $9.oo for a sandwich & flat soda? I'm slightly confused at some of these fast food chains..
Management, want kind of service do you want when spending your money?

First visit: was told they were out of chicken. (about 30 mins from closing, okay sure).
Second visit: doors still locked.. after opening hours. Was told needed 20 more minutes. Had already waited 15.
Third visit: told 22 min wait for pot pies, forgot my drink, butter, and honey. Had to wait for 5 mins at the window before they asked what I needed
Biscuits are good though.
Won't go back. Three strikes.

Went through their drive-thru at 8 pm on a Friday night. Ordering food took about five minutes, even though there was no line ahead of us, because we kept on having to repeat ourselves. We then waited at the window for another five minutes as they kept on asking what our order was despite, you know, already having ordered. This could easily have been solved if they had more than TWO PEOPLE staff the joint

KFC has really fallen off. The food quality is definitely suffering as is the chain as a whole. I was pretty upset when they asked me to pull ahead to wait 5 mins and then had me sitting for close to 20 mins while the rest of my food got cold. When I went in to get my food, I was given an apology, but no reparation. Disappoint as KFC used to be one of my favorites. :(

Passing through Madison, my family and I decided on KFC since it was close the interstate and gas station. I don't know if it is that we are going through COVID-19 where restaurants have skimped on good service delivery to cut corners on expenses.
Ordered a 16 piece meal and found out later at a rest stop outside Madison that there was no utensils and napkins. The saving grace was that we were in and out of there quickly

Gotten the wrong food through the drive-thru. Came back in like half an hour 45 minutes later. The manager on duty was incredibly rude to her employees and tried telling us the receipt wasn't right. She finally agreed to give us the right food and as we were waiting, another customer told us that the last 3 people who came in got their orders wrong and were waiting over 30 minutes for food. We ended up getting our remake before a guy who has been there and ordered the same thing 35 minutes before we had gotten there. The MOD just didn't seem to care whatsoever.

I visited this location at about 2pm, through the drive-thru. My order was half correct, but even the drink was wrong. The chicken was dry, so I believe it was old. The employees were uncaring and you could tell they didn't want to be there. It's really a hit or miss with this location..
Disappointed today.
