If I could give a lower review I would. The employee did not seem to care what so ever and it took us at least 25 minutes to get a subs without a line. In the middle of making our subs he pulled off his gloves and answered his phone he then continued to talk on the phone throughout our whole order. When we gave him our coupon for our meal he said he didn’t feel like ringing it up and charged us $7.00. Overall I would never go back and I’m super unhappy with my experience there.

Terrible service!!! I ordered a sub, no meal. My younger sister went up first to get water for with her sub when women told her "i didnt know it was on my to do list to give free water" I went up to get a water with my sub that i bought, the women said we are bothering her then hid in the back on her phone, The resturant next door told us to ring the bell, Lady came out and snatched the bell then threatened to call security..( for asking for water?)
I asked her what her name was when she stuttered and said she wont tell us. it was then i started to record, she blamed us that her coworker slit his wrist and shes alone, I was very understanding and told her there was no reason for her to be yelling at us & treating us with disrespect in the first place after i spent my money there. When i decided to walk away as other customers were in shock with her behavior she yelled across the counter "you guys really need to get a life" A customer waiting to order was disgusted with the way she was speaking to us and told her then left.
Shortly after our mom came into call security, Security did NOTHING & told us to stay away from ignorant people.
Treated with SO much disrespect!!! Very shocked at how i was talked to and treated. ( have it all on video, if anyone needs it)

Service was more than slow. Took the worker over 40 minutes to finnish 3 orders. And because mine was the largest he skipped me. Absolutely ridiculous. He then proceeded to close down while making my order an hour early. You either need more workers or better ones. Subway won't be seeing me for a good while, especially this location.

dec 12, 21 - around 3. there was this one guy who looked like 40,50 maybe and he literally screamed at me and was practically making fun of a child behind me who was struggling to order their food.

Went on 11/10/18 at about 5:30 pm. Mall was busy but only one person in line after me and she's of me. The girl rang someone up before helping me and didn't wash her hands before putting new gloves on and serving me. When ringing me up she simply took one glove off, rang me up, put the same glove back on and served the people after me. She spoke very softly and I repeatedly had to ask her to repeat things. She was kind of rude. She also walked away without offering me my receipt. I didn't catch her name.

i like going to subway every time i'm in the mall, but unfortunately this will be the last, the service is very poor now, i had wait for a while to be helped. there was guy who was helping a customer and the other person just stood there in the cash register waiting like if i was not there, this is no way to keep customers at all. honestly i liked the old employees better they gave better service and helped quickly. the veggies station is all a mess there was lettuce everywhere and my sub had a piece of olive which i did not request at all and employees should be trained better for future they should know more about food safety and how to not keep on using the same knife for different subs that's just disgusting. i 100% recommend servsafe its good for employees.

I was overcharged and it was only like 80 cents but just out of principle I asked for it to be refunded. The manager was aggravated she had to come up front and literally threw the change at me. No apology, no nothing! I even emailed corporate & never got any response. I hate subway now- firehouse subs gets all my business now.

They refused to serve veggie patties to me because they didn’t want to thaw it. I’m vegetarian so I don’t have that many options here. Attitude was not great either, not a good experience. Why have them if you won’t serve them anyway?
