PLEASE start paying attention to online order accuracy this is the second time in a row that my order was completely wrong. I got steak instead of ground beef. Last time I was missing 3 ingredients. Take out your headphones and pay attention to orders.

Good food. Pretty quick. They do not always listen when you're asking for certain assembly changes. They also no longer have the Coca-Cola freestyle machine.

The line was blocked off with a chair. I repeat, the line was blocked off with a chair ppl. Talk about terrible customer service. That's a really great way to start. So I went near the cash register. The man and woman behind the counter never said a word to me, they laughed and joked in Spanish with what appeared to be their friend who was allowed be behind the chair/blockade. We all just looked at each other expressionless while they took online orders. After 10 minutes of no service, nobody speaking to me, and a line of annoyed ppl forming behind me because once again the chair was blocking the line from customers, but not friends. I decided to leave and never come back. Went to chipotle down the street. Got service in seconds, and on my way home I could still see the chair blocking the line through the window.

I got a burrito bowl and quesadilla for me and my son. My quesadilla was very filling and I love that they don’t charge extra for guacamole. 🥑 Fresh hot peppers and the chips was delicious. Never disappointed when I go here.

First time there incredible experience food was incredible and the wait staff was unbelievably friendly nicest atmospheres ever experienced in a restaurant

Sadly my last two experiences haven't been good. I attempted to use the app to order a meal for our family and it was not accepting orders. I called and the manager explained they were short staffed so only accepting in store orders. He reluctantly took my order over the phone. Similar issue this last Friday, when trying to order another family meal that has been advertised but it wasn't available on their app. I called (waiting almost 3 minutes) to see if I could order over the phone and was told to order online. I attempted to explain the issue and he simply repeated to order online. I'm a big fan of Qdoba, but these experiences have left me seeking somewhere else to get dinner for our family. I sympathize with being short staffed, but they don't seem to want my business. I don't normally post negatively but this isn't a one time experience.

Stood in line for 10 min to be completely ignored because online orders apparently come before any actual human standing in front of them. I will never again give this business my time or money. This has happened at every location I’ve been to in the last 6 months and I am done.

they don't serve you when you walk in- prioritizing online orders and it happens a lot. even when they do they don't make burritos. automatic fail for a burrito joint.
