Speedy fast delivery time, amazing cookies. They deliver so quickly and have so many different flavors of cookies. They also have ice cream and brownies and cookie sandwiches. Open late and always there for a midnight craving. Couldn’t say enough good things.

ordered some ice cream and the workers were nice at first and encouraged me to apply as a delivery person, but then possibly gave me a fake number for their manager. then i called the store and it told me to leave a voicemail. very rude to do that.

Even if you can sleep, please oh please wake up and give Insomnia Cookies a try! A dozen varieties of traditional cookies from the chocolate chip to snickerdoodles and everything in-between along with a rotating selection of 6-8 specials like strawberry shortcake or dreamsicle, you are sure to find a soft-baked delight you'll enjoy by the dozen! We were greeted by a friendly, helpful gentleman who gave thoughtful suggestions on which cookies he favored. What a treat!

Their diverse selection of cookies makes it so hard to choose! Every cookie looks amazing and tastes even better. If you are in Madison you have to stop by here to grab a cookie or two. My favorite was the oatmeal raisin cookie, it was so warm, soft, and tasted great.

First off, the cookies are great. Second if your going to advertise that you sell one dozen cookies why don't you ever have one dozen cookies available? They never have what I want. It's very disappointing. I wanted to give this place more of a positive review. But that's poor business.

Bought a cookie-cake for my wifes birthday as she loves cookies. Prob the biggest abomination in a cookie ever. Rock hard, sickly sweet frosting...actually just plain disgusting. We tossed it. I highly recommend you walk to the store. Buy Tollhouse and spend the 6 bucks and 20 mins making superior cookies. What a waste of time and 25$
