Sarku Japan

First time ordering Sarku through the app for pickup today 08/20/2021. Was very disappointed when I got my order, got the teriyaki chicken & shrimp (extra chicken) with fried rice and veggies. Got to my car and opened the box and this is what I saw............I went back inside and talked to the workers and they said that this is extra chicken................... Will be taking my business to the east side from now on

We, my husband and I, love this place. I would not usually go for a food court place, even when shopping except for maybe Auntie Anne’s pretzels- I mean come on it’s a mall tradition. But we have grown to love Sarku Japan, especially when we are craving some Chicken Teriyaki- which is actually hard to find, a straight forward teriyaki. The chicken and veggies are cooked to order, the sauce is so yummy. We can usually always share one meal and even leave with some leftovers, if we are not feeling super hungry. We use our punchcard as well, so once we have purchased 6 chicken teriyaki entree s, we get one free! We actually just used up one of them ! Definitely somewhere to try if you are looking for a quick, inexpensive meal with or without the shopping!!
