My daughter was craving wings and since Buffalo Wild Wings was closed we went to Hooters. It was 8:30 at night. 5 other customers in the establishment. Erika, our waitress, took over 10 minutes to come to our table to take our drink order. Another gentleman walked in and she immediately went to take his drink order. I have a picture of another waitress who was resting her head peacefully on the counter. After getting our food we had to wait another 5 minutes for silverware. The service absolutely sucked and we waited over 10 minutes to get our bill after standing up at our table.

2 lbs of crab, 20 wings, couple orders of fries. Why hooters? Because no matter where I go… can’t find consistently better crab than they make here. Yeah, at hooters. Wings are always good too. The service is better than these reviews state; you’ll be fine. It’s not a bad spot for wings and crab legs. Burgers? Maybe, but hooters has always been a wing joint. So I’ll order those and get some snow crab.

We had burgers from hooters eastside Madison catered in for lunch on 11/03/21. I'll let the picture speak for it's self. I can't believe they would serve food like this. Just horrible burnt, dried, and tiny burgers. Also no pickles :( .

We took our freshman boys into this place before their Prom and let me tell you!! Amy was amazing along with all the staff!! The food was fast and hot but also delicious. Amy was going above and beyond with making sure all the kids had drinks, food, napkins and anything else they asked for. On top of that she was kind enough to take a picture with each and every boy. Thank you Hooters and Amy!!!

Terrible! Run to another option. I sat for an hour waiting for a chicken sandwich. After waiting 25 minutes I was told it will be another 10 minutes! After waiting an hour and watching people who came in after me get their orders I was approached by my waitress asking if I needed another beer, that was empty for 30 minutes. I told her no and to give me a check for the beer. She apologized and said my order is coming up. I told her I didn't want it and would pay for the beer. She said do you want it to go. I said no, paid my bill and left. It was 8:35 pm and got a burger at McDonald's in 5 minutes. Hooter was not busy, had four waitresses, a bartender and three people working the kitchen. I get the pandemic but this was simply an example of POOR management!

Great food and very friendly stay. I feel bad for the girls that were serving when we went. There was only two servers that were working. According to our server, the manager had the rest of the serving staff sent home. However our server was very sweet and kind and was a blast to talk to. Heck to make her day I even offered to do a somersault haha. The food was excellent and I highly recommend going here.

The wings were tasty. They look like they came from Cornish hens (small) thou. We were warned ahead of time that they were understaffed so we had a good long wait. Waitress was friendly and took good care of us.

Chyanne was our server tonight and everything was horrible! She blamed it all on the kitchen (i understood that part because i am also a server for twin peaks in Alabama) but she never informed us that we would be ordering our food and then waiting an hour and 45 minuets. We then received our food and all of a sudden then kitchen was out of certain sauces. My wings also had no sauce and when i asked for more hot sauce and for the temperature of the sauce to be hot i waited another 10 minuets for cold sauce. Through all of this waiting our server never checked on us. I even had to go to bar and get my own lids. Either train your staff better or shut down.

Honestly if I could give these 0 stars I would. First time being to hooters in madison. Been to plenty others and never been more dissatisfied with service. First went in and waited on hostess and no one came so finally set down with my family. And just after waiting 20 mins was going to leave and on the way out was offered to be seated. Then finally got drinks about 30 mins after that was served menus and orders were placed. Then once food was received waitress was very short and rude. Found hair in one of the meals midway eating thru a burger. Then fries extremely cold and then getting rest of meal we were waiting on halfway through. Will never come back to this place and don't recommend to anyone else. Spent a total of two hours here. Waste of time and will be making a formal complaint.

Waited hour and half for food. Night be for got food to go drive 40 min home to find out the order was wrong. So they had us come in they would comp the meal and it was hour and a half to get it and not all at once. I love the wings but shit service from a poor kitchen staff. When you spend 75 on a meal it had better not suck like ours did 2 days in a row.

Worst place to eat! Took over 2hours to get our food and they weren’t even busy. Food was cold and took 10 min between getting one part of my meal to getting the other part of my meal. All I orders was 8 piece BBQ boneless wing and then I order 4 mini sliders that are made using boneless wing! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

I ordered the Buffalo Shrimp. When it was served almost all of the breading and sauce had fallen off the shrimp. I was served a pile of undercooked shrimp on top of a pile of breading and sauce. We ordered drinks with our meal as well. The first round was great. The 2nd round I was served a glass of straight booze. I like to drink but even I had to sip this one. I will not be back to this location. Big thumbs down

We did have to wait a short period of time (maybe 5 minutes) to be seated and get our table even though it wasn’t busy. No big deal to us, However, our waitress was very friendly and apologetic. We ordered drinks and an appetizer for starters which came promptly. We waited a little bit longer for food but it wasn’t so excessively long that we wanted to walk out. Overall, it was a good experience and we would go back again.

Well, it was so loud you couldn't talk, it was great watching the badger game, but being ignored by 2 waitress was very frustrating, the food wasn't the greatest, bbq was way too spicy and couldn't taste anything else. Service was horrible and so was the food, won't go back there for anything.

First of all we waited quite awhile for our food. Then the husband had a piece of shrimp tail in his Buffalo Chicken sandwich, my curly fries were tough like they were sitting under the warmer for too long and my sisters bloody tasted like gross tomato juice w vodka, celery and bacon. The manager did take the sandwich off our bill but we will definitely not be returning to this place.

Have been there several times and always enjoy the food and atmosphere was there this time for nephews birthday and the wait staff came out and sang happy birthday was awesome are waitress was very nice and on top of what we needed. Will definitely be back my family and I love the place.

Your Buffalo Shrimp was perfect! Way better then the shrimp I get at Hooters MOA. Breading or batter dip must be different! They were crunchy and yet super tender meat! PERFECTION!

We're traveling on our way to Minnesota. I must say the best wings, And salad ever. The bartender was especially friendly, and attentive. My family of 4 all enjoyed our lunches. Got a cola to go, and a great picture of the sweet servers to remember the day. Thank you for making our stop so enjoyable!

I always like coming to the Madison Hooters, Ashlie and Shannon are the bomb! I've been all over the country and I've stopped by a lot of Hooters restaurants and I like this one near the top! Thanks Again for the great service!

We got our appetizer and drinks in a decent amount of time...but it took an hour to get our food. The restaurant was probably only a quarter of the way full. Other people who came in after us were served before us. Service overall just sucked.

Came for the super bowl. Should've stayed home. Wasn't even close to busy and took 30 min to get an appetizer and 1 hour for my wings, and they gave me the wrong order. Boyfriend paid for another tables drinks and they cut him off for buying too many drinks, even though he only had 3 for himself. Shouldnt have mattered anyway as I was designated driver. Will never come here again.
