Ordered the beef chow fun 干炒牛河. The flavor was spot-on, and portion size was a solid B+. Points deducted for a bit too much oil, and less beef than you'd expect for $13. I prefer thicker noodles in this dish, so this one was more of a beef pad thai than a beef chow fun.
Hands down the best Chinese food in Madison(probably all of Wisconsin) I dine here every time I am in Madison.
