Best Chicken Shawarma I've ever had! Usually the Shawarma's in the US are dry and the chicken has no real marination but wow this Chicken Shawarma Pita had the perfect marination so the chicken had it's own taste and the sauces with the toppings make it juicy to make every bite perfect! Loved it.

This place is really just okay at best. The hummus is very bland and so is tahini. I’ll admit the falafels are good, but that’s really the only point I can give it. The veggies could be from Chipotle for all I know, and the rice appears to have turmeric in it but you cannot taste it at all. Naf naf is to Mediterranean food as Natural Light is to beer— flavorless. They seem to really advertise the fact that the chicken shawarma is indeed “real shawarma” as its cut from a doner kebab machine, though that’s really the absolute minimum if you’re going to call it shawarma. I heard great things about it so I really was expecting more. But the falafels are good! Mediterranean Café is down the street and has homemade specials...

One of state streets all time favorite and affordable place. Ordered a falafel veggie bowl and enjoyed each bite of it. The staff is super friendly and makes sure we get fresh ingredients and cooked falafels. Good for me the place had enough customized and sides options that are vegan and vegetarian. Make sure to try the Baba ghanoush, one of my favorites. Highly recommended comfort, affordable cuisine.

I love Naf Naf. It is a fast food mediterranean restaurant. I always get the hummus bowl with chicken shawarma and it is SO delicious every time! Also their pita bread is absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend coming here!!

Very rude. We inquired to call if the meat they serve is halal she just banged the phone.

As of 3 or 4 years ago ... Falafels have funny unpleasant taste. Medeteranean Cafe’s falafels are much better. Also, the shwarma has a good flavor but is a bit lumpy.

These guys have the best falafels I've ever had! They pair perfectly with the garlic and tahini sauces. You don't really need anything more in your dish! Their pita bread are always warm and fluffy, only wish they'd use whole wheat flour instead of white flour. The hummus is also really good, but sometimes it depends on the day. I had this for dinner 2 days in a row, and would have gone back the next day had I not left Madison.
I also really like their salad bowl with chicken, onions, garlic and tahini. Great combination!

This place is like the Chipotle of North African food, but somehow better. I go at least once a week.

Great place to enjoy some ethnic food. It really feels you up and is a healthier choice than fast food. Staff is friendly and restaurant is clean. Highly wouldn't recommend it... I always eat there when I get the chance.

This is a chipotle style set up but with Mediterranean food. But....it’s far from mediocre. Fries and falafel always are fresh, the chopped veggies rule and the lentil soup and rice are authentic and palatable to my child. Its beyond what I expected

Food was absolutely incredible. Staff was super friendly. Girl in front of me in line had never had shawarma before and the guy asked her questions about what she liked and got her something right for her, and it didn't even slow down the line. Overall just a really great experience. Steak shawarma hummus bowl. Nom nom nom.
