Red Lobster - Madison - Photo album

Staff was very friendly. I got seated right away at the bar. Lobster was alright. The biscuits were salty but good. Dessert was very good as well.
The food was excellent as always from presentation to portion size to flavor. Staffing appeared to be a challenge as it has been everywhere in this "Let's Go Brandon" economy but the two waitresses who were working were doing an excellent job considering the number of customers.
The ambiance and feel of the restaurant was the same as any other RL, but what I did not enjoy was that even with a full kitchen, the lobster tail was cold and overall the food was sub-par. However the staff was very nice, polite and understanding. Possibly due to covid the standards weren't as well
Great food. Good service. It was slower when we were there about 3p which I liked. They made sure everything was good a few times throughout our meal, our drinks were made to our liking
We love our server Amanda G, she was really nice. Great food
We had 6 people in our party. I did call 3 hours before to get on a list, but still had to wait 40 minutes. Why dont you have reservations? So i really give 4.5 stars. Food is good, not excellent. Of course the biscuits are fabulous. Our server was very good and attentive. Lobster pretty go
Our waiter Mary was awesome! She was extremely attentive to our needs, And she even brought us extra napkins before we could even ask for them she was great.
First time with red lobster. Had the lobster linguine. It was as expected, tasty and enjoyable. I wasnt blown away by any of it but it was good. My bf had coconut shrimp and added a lobster tail. I felt the tail was overcooked but he was happy with it. I dont like coconut shrimp so i didnt try any o
