Haven’t had a whopper in a hell of a long time so I got one. See that’s the thing with Burger King, you don’t get it for awhile but then you get that char broiled exhaust smoke coming through your car vents and in the moment you pause, look up and greeted by the king. This location was clean and staff was friendly. Also, they had free crowns on the table. I’d like to think they did that personally for me, but it’s just custom here.
Pro tip: ask them to mix the fries and onion rings with your order.

Unfortunately a fire 🔥 has completely destroyed the building on February 28th 2023. I will keep you posted on any update on when or if it will be rebuilt.

Drive through attendant didn't know what salads they offer and had to go ask. I guess they must not sell many salads at this location. So I was worried it wouldn't be any good but it actually was. The staff was polite and the order was correct. The drive through windows seem a bit higher than most and for my car it was very noticable. Nothing was wrong or extraordinary just a pleasant as to be expected experience. I will visit again.

The building itself is in great shape and easily accessible from the main road. Interior is very clean, bright and colorful. They had BK Crowns on the tables for the kiddos too!

I had a wonderful visit but an employee named Zander ambros made it one of the best. He read me the whole menu to me because I'm blind. Couldn't ask for better service! But then when he brought out my food he hand fed me my double whopper with extra pickles and extra mustard along with my 20 peice nuggets. When I went to leave Zander then picked me up like a princes and he sang the song "let it go" as he was carrying me to my car. By far one of the best visits I've had.

Get the app! There are always coupons. The wait is usually less than McDonald's next door at rush times too. We get the family bundle. The only issue we've had recently is running out of sauces we use when we come at 7 PM or later, but they usually have one sauce left we like. They put extra in if you ask too. We have an order they have to custom make each time, and usually we wait maybe 5-8 minutes. One time they had a sticky floor and we said so, too much soap last mop, and they had someone out within two minutes to fix it and gave us soft drinks on the house as a sorry and thanks for pointing it out. I have chronic migraine and needed to take a headache pill, and they gave me a free kids cup to get whatever drink I wanted to take it with. Stuff like that is why we keep coming back. Super attentive and friendly staff. They've never made the custom order stuff wrong, but they have forgotten sauces before.

I have to say this is the only B.K. that I can say cooks your order fresh. Its worth 5 minute wait at 1 am. And the employer/maybe night manager is always bringing your food to your car in a cheerful, respectful manner. Always remembering to tell you to be careful foods hot and to always be safe have a good evening and stop back again. Very nice man at this location. I often wonder if he is the only late nite employee they have at this location. Either way, he deserves a big raise and its always nice to see his cheery self taking and bringing the order.

Whopper good. Didn't expect chicken fries but were very good. Regular fries could have been warmer.
Play area very clean. My child greatly enjoyed the simplicity.

I go here for breakfast occasionally, never had a problem with the food or the service. I dunno how they can keep the place clean, put out great food, and then you go to the BK in Painesville and it's an absolute disaster.

I went through the drive through, lady was rude, never asked me about sauces for my chicken fries or onion rings. When I got to the window I asked for the zesty sauce and never got it. When I went into the restaurant for the sauces the lady was very rude. I ordered 2 root beers and got one root beer and a coke. I ordered extra sauce on a burger and never nothing.

Always an issue. From rude, inexperienced, lazy staff to machines being down to orders being wrong to waiting an absurdly long time for food. Notice how that's pretty much everything covered? Ridiculous.
