My experience at Burger King, where I had the Impossible Whopper meal, was highly enjoyable. The environment was pleasant, and the friendly employees made the visit even better. The surrounding neighborhoods added to the overall positive experience, with their charm and appeal. It's a place I'd gladly return to for a tasty meal and welcoming atmosphere.

This place has to be THE BEST BURGER KING EVER. I don't eat fast-food that often, but I stopped her. The customer service was 10 star. The gentleman that waited on me had an accent and he was so pleasant. The BURGER was like the commercial AND, AND the cheese was actually melted. The only thing was the fries weren't filled, but I shouldn't be eating this stuff. Great great place.

I eat out alot I'm always on the road this Burger King is good the manager that was there today was on his game the staff looked a little lost but the manager took care of business I was in and out

It is as good as other BK restaurants but it was very cold inside. We where about to eat inside but after waiting for order run away to eat at home.

You obviously know what quality of food you are getting going to a fast food place, so i am not going to bother evaluating that. If you are looking for expertly crafted food go literally anywhere that is not a fast food chain.
My review is solely based on customer service experiences i have had with this establishment over my 10+ years being in Chatham.
In that time i have never once had a serious issue, and any minor issue i had was corrected immediately once it was brought up.
Of course there are times i was given the wrong food and did not want to turn back to get it fixed, but at the end of the day if you set on going to a fast food place stopping here is hardly a bad choice.

Fast service, courteous staff. Food was hot (Fries and Cheeseburgers) however, Whoppers we're cold..but good.

Couple months ago the staff was awful. Rude, lied about your food and didn't look you in the face. NOW it's completely turned around with nice people.

Ok so let me start off by saying I don’t usually write reviews but I felt like I had to this time, I went to burger king for the first time and didn’t know what to expect, I heard it wasn’t that good but I like to try things myself. I get there and I took my order, I was blown away, this nice man(his name was Jonathan Silva) took my order, the store was practically empty, so he was being very polite and talkative but not too talkative. I found him to be great, so I talked to him until my order was ready, he was very nice I enjoyed chatting with him and he seemed to enjoy it too. When my order came in it felt kind of like a bummer because I had to go sit down and eat, we said bye. I’ve come a couple times and ordered something just to have a chat with him. I definitely think the fact that he is so kind and passionate about his job should get him a promotion or at least some appreciation, I will definitely come again to burer king and I’ll tell my friends to come as well.

I like how when your food is ready it's fresh. The fries are my favorite thing to order. The staff is nice and welcoming at the same time. If you like soda, fries, or burgers then this is the place for you to go.
