Original Italian Pizza

Horrible customer service picked up order. Called to inform order was wrong. One of the ladies told me thats what I asked for. I know what I ordered.She came off very rude . I went back in restaurant to bring the food back and get my money back. I told her she was rude on phone. She got very unprofessional and she said, I was rude. She also said, Don't think just because I'm behind this counter your going to talk to me like that. In front of the whole restaurant/ coworkers no one said, a word. Racism still exist.

ABSOLUTELY the WORST place to eat !!! Their waitstaff is RUDE !!! The waitress had an attitude as we walked in the door. I'm sure it was because we arrived at 8:50 and they close at 10. They had the chairs and on the tables and everything. Guess they wanted to close early... well if that's the case then they should change their hours. She was snippy taking our drink orders .... the very 1st thing that was ordered was a SMALL CHEESE PIZZA... Between 3 families that ordered everything from salads to soups to pasta which all came out BEFORE a small pizza that was ordered first so it could cool off for the kids. Then she reached OVER a small child to sit a STEAMING HOT pizza in front of her. She apperantly don't know HOW to be a waitress because that DEFINITELY was NOT the way to act. Maybe they need to go take some lessons from the AMAZING waitstaff at JT's because they ROCK. Just a lesson learned I will NEVER eat at OIP again !!

Omg I recommend OIP to everyone when you want great pizza, pasta etc. we ordered pizza from here last night and a couple weeks ago and it is ALWAYS scrumptious.. It’s always extra extra cheesy and flavorful.. I don’t know her name but the young lady that always takes my order over the phone is exceptionally nice.. OIP rocks!!!! Keep on doing what you doing guys.

The pizza here is undoubtedly the best I've had anywhere in my life. For over a decade this pizza place has given us a meal my family and I all look forward to. While the staff is small, their smiles are big and the service is phenomenal. Our waitress, Patricia was a powerhouse, she was basically running the restraunt while making sure all the customers were well cared for. Come and get this pizza, you will be so happy you did!
