The chicken was burnt which failed to represent the quality and deliciousness of original recipe taste. We did NOT ENJOY IT, it was a waste of time and money. And we had taken a health break and decided to cheat but the disappointment is scarring. Can not eat and enjoy hard skins!!!

Not sure what happened to this location, but the food is terrible now. The Chicken seems to always be burned and old. Sides look disgusting and I'm pretty sure they were from the day before. It was pretty embarrassing & disappointing bringing this home to my family. I felt terrible throwing the food away because it was so bad, the biggest waste of money. This location needs to be inspected for sanitation, because someone will get sick from this food. I will be calling KFC HQ, and Oakland County health department about this.

First off, I ordered an 8 piece. Wasn't told until after I paid at the window that all they had was wings and breast left. Okay, fine. I get its late and they close in around an hour. Get home to discover they only gave me 1 gravy for 2 orders of mash potatoes. Really? Is this the brand standard now?? I'm not happy.

I pass several KFC's from my home to get to this one. They consistently out perform others by serving fresh chicken 🐔 and meals even though they are always busy. You've got a great team here so keep it up please! 👍🏽

One of the best KFC..the only thing is that the lady that takes your order, goes too fast and rushes you ( but she has GREAT customer service) that's why I gave them a five star because the food is EXCELLENT and the customer service is great!

This KFC location is clean and well managed. Staff are polite and professional. Their dining room is clean and updated. We visit this location from Canada and the menus are really different! The portions and prices are reasonable and the food is always made to order. I like the fact that the location still has the small fill bowls. Also if you get a chance try the Mountain Dew sweet lightning, it taste like back in the days Timmies carbonated peach drink. It would be nice to see KFC offer some hot flavored items as the Nashville hot could be a notch or two hotter.

Went there a week ago order a 8 peace all white got a reg 8 peace with dark meat call left a message still haven't herd back been trying to call corporate but there system been down so I guess I'll just go elsewhere when I want chicken
