Passport Pizza

Grinder bread is awesome - everything else about Passport Pizza makes me wish I had made a grilled cheese and called it a day. Order showed up, was completely wrong. The driver said she would go back and get proper order. An hour later, I called the store and was told they put the wrong order in the bag and they remade the food because it was delivered to the wrong location. Was told more than once that it would be hot and fresh. Chicken was lukewarm, grinder was cold. Food showed up 2 hours after original order. How it took an hour for the re-delivery I don't know. Gave me a spectacular 25% off, a free brownie (my wife is allergic to chocolate) and a two liter of pepsi (we don't drink pop). The delivery driver was nice, and the store admitted fault but it still took an inappropriate amount of time to get our new order. Had it showed up in a expedited time it would be a different story, but it took another hour to get our food. I should have cancelled the order. The sad part is, I resolved to never order from Passport again as we had a location IN Hazel Park years back and it was the same story. The only redeeming factor is their grinder bread, which is why I decided to try again and even so, I will never order from them again.

As far as the customer service and delivery time, I would rate that 5 stars. I wasn't happy with the pizza and the manager was very nice and explained everything to me well. The problem is, if the food is bad, it doesn't really matter. Maybe one day I'll try something different, but I highly suggest you guys take the Chicago Style off the menu until you can get it to not taste horrible.

Absolutely would give 0 stars. Had a online order of a half slab and chicken dinner for delivery only to get the order without my wedges and garlic bread which both the online menu and paper menu says it comes with. Called what I thought was the store number turned out to be the call center which tried to contact/transfer me to the manager who wasn't in the store and didn't know when he would be back in maybe 10 minutes maybe not. Had to drive to the store which defeated the purpose of delivery. Get to the store for the manager to rudely tell me the chicken and rib dinner doesn't come with wedges and garlic bread. As if I can't read it on the paper menu which he still denied as the online menu being different like it another rib and chicken option on it, when it's only one. And I can't get a refund and fussed about making the order again so my food is hot

If you get the Detroit style deep dish, (sauce on the top), you'll understand my 5 stars. If you get something else, you're on your own. I would eat passport out of their dumpster before I'd go to their competitors. I take 1 star away from most regular restaurants just for not having a pepper grinder, so yeah, I'm picky. Try it.

I'm not one to typically write reviews, but I order from there several times and it was always great. Tonight on the other hand, the driver called to say my address didnt exist, which obviously it does cause Im staring at it, then had me call the store just to hear him yelling about how retarded I was, and that I was a dumbing F***ing piece of S***. Cost your self a good tip if you would have just turned around. Im an understanding guy.
