Sonic Drive-in

I ordered two Sonic M&M Blasts which is pretty much an ice cream milkshake. It had an very sour milk smell to both of the Sonic M&M Blasts that I ordered. I was so upset because I didn't start eating it until I got home when I noticed the strong old milk smell throughout the ice cream blasts. I luckily only took one to two bites to make sure I wasn't crazy. I could taste the old milk smell. My nephew was so disappointed because he really wanted it, but I didn't want us getting upset stomachs so I threw it away. The manager was nice about us getting an replacement when I called, but I declined because if it wasn't cleaned right the first time. I definitely don't trust ordering any ice cream product from them again.

It gets worse and worse every time we go so this will be our last time visiting this Sonic! Tonight’s issues were…..one young lady had a nasty attitude and worse her attitude all over her face while slinging her headset of and throwing it on the counter, the burgers might as well been plain cause it was VERY short on toppings and the tator tots was definitely not tots they were VERY hard tator tot crumbs (all three meals came with tator tot crumbs like literally filled the little cups with nothing but crumbs 😳

Normally everything is great. This day, my sandwich had to be refix 3 times. I'm allergic to tomatoes. I said no tomatoes. I opened the sandwich before eating it and could see the tomato seeds. I took it back and this time the manager fixed the sandwich. I was afraid to eat it. By the time I git my sandwich my onion rings were cold. The manager didn't replace the whole order just the sandwich. Bad day.

My husband ordered a foot long with mustard and relish. Who in their right mind would order that WITH chili and cheese? That's straight disgusting. They were rude from the first time they spoke. First it's just a moment, then hello, are you going to order you are in the drive thru right? Wow! I've worked customer service jobs my whole life. She won't keep hers long I guarantee it.
