Very nice staff at drivethru. Food was fresh but they charged me for a bowl of cheese and I did not receive this. It was only 59cent but gas is now 4.00 + a gallon. Remember peeps every penny counts.

We went there for early dinner and only went to the drive-thru but the food was fresh and the order was correct and served promptly and courteously

I must admit that I do not go to Arby's that much just got tired of the hamburgers and fries and wanted something different. I can tell when I walked in the door that this wasn't going to be your normal burger and fry joint. I visited the restaurant around 5:30 or 6 pm on a Friday evening and I seen the manager on the front register, another lady on the drive thru, and one gentleman in the back make sandwiches for both sides, they were going to need some help. The manager would occasionally pop in the kitchen to help make sandwiches but you know what? This team had the best attitude about the situation I have ever seen. I guess they figure complaining wouldn't going to help the situation and it would only make matters worse. As you can see in the photo the health food score are wonderfully and the food is great. Everyone did what they had to, to make customer experience better although they were at a advantage.
