New employees should not run the register if they cannot properly take an order. I asked for spicy chicken. I ended up with regular. I asked for red beans and rice. I got mash potatoes. Everything was cold. The chicken needed to be cooked longer. The best thing about this meal was the biscuit. I don't know why the reviews for the new location say to go to Mercer because this location is just as bad. This wasn't the first bad experience. 🙅🏾♀️

I haven't had Popeyes chicken that taste this good in about 10 years!!! This Particular Location has the real deal. Their Chicken was so hot fresh and delicious. Hot Damn it was good. And friendly customer service too. Which is also rare these days. Love that Chicken from Popeyes! Only this location though 😍

For and service is inconsistent. One day you have some 🔥chicken and sides and the next time it tastes like they seasoned their food with dish water. Too many young people working there who probably barely know how to cook. They seriously need to hire more mature and seasoned cooks and give those people a raise to make them want to push quality food out of the window.

Worst chicken sandwich I have had in my LIFE! I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and received a blue fish sandwich bag. I did not notice until I got back home (15 minutes away). So I thought maybe they just put the chicken sandwich into the wrong bag until I bit into it! The taste was awful. It was not like any chicken sandwich I’ve received before so I thought it had to be the fish sandwich (because I’ve never tried it). Even the smell was awful. I called before driving all the way back explaining the situation and they said I can come back and get the chicken sandwich. When I got back, the woman hands me ANOTHER blue fish sandwich bag. I said once again, “I don’t want a fish sandwich. I want a spicy chicken sandwich.” She then turns back towards the kitchen and starts telling the other workers. They continued to talk back and forth for awhile until she brought back THE SAME BAG. She says, “It’s a chicken sandwich, we just ran out of the other bags.” If that were the case, why was that not said at first? For some reason, I decided to just take it. When I looked at it, it was just like the other one with the same smell. Ended up throwing BOTH of them away. They were BAD. I can’t express that enough and I am not a picky eater. I don’t know if they are using bad grease! I don’t know if they were trying to act as if I was stupid and give me a fish sandwich! I don’t know if they are using old expired chicken! But what I do know is I will not be back. I’ve wasted my time, gas, and money. For something I could not even eat.

Will not ever go back again. Tried to order at drive thru last week. I sat there probably 5+ minutes. Finally left and drove across the street to Taco bell. Went there just a while ago. Sat at drive thru again for several minutes. One man came out emptying trash. He went back inside I guess and told them. Finally got my order without a thank you. Got home and all of the sandwiches were spicy instead of classic. I usually never complain but this is it. Plenty of other nice places to go.

This restaurant is located near several churches. We visited after church on Sunday. Place was packed inside and drive thru. There was evidently a chicken, drinks, sides and desserts shortage. Every time we ordered something we were told they didn't have it. Customers were walking out because you couldn't get any advertise items. Whoever manages this place is not qualified. How does a chicken place not have chicken. The manager is making the staff look bad. Can't sell what's not in stock. Will NEVER go back again.

This is a new location so I decided to patronize it..pulled up to the drive through speaker and no one answered, even after browsing the menu. Pulled up to leave and saw at least 3 employees inside near the drive through window. Not sure why they did not answer but I surely will not revisit.. First impressions are lasting ones.

This place has really changed! There customer service sucks! They are so rude and juvenile! They give the wrong food,dont never have the order correct,they stand at the front end and talk more than take your order,the food is half cooked,they get a attitude when you tell them the order is incorrect, they have not been trained correctly,you have to wait over 30mins to get what you have ordered, and they let food sit to long and you cant tell it's not fresh!! THEY NEED TO GET THAT facility together or the will go out of business!
