Pizza Hut

My fiancé and I ordered a pizza at 7:45. An hour goes by and the pizza was still not delivered so we called back. They thought our pizza was carry out. So we waited another hour before we even got our pizza. And when we got it, it seemed old like they never remade it after it sat for an hour. Just order from domino’s instead to save yourself some time and disappointment.

Ordered Supreme Hand Tossed minus mushrooms, 2 orders of cheese sticks, and drinks. To start, no straws. Not that big of a deal. Then they didn't have plates for us. The cheese sticks were great. The pizza on the other hand was very soggy and very greasy. Couldn't even get through our first pieces. We told our server and she didn't seem to care. We told cashier and she acted as if it didn't matter. I wasn't looking for free food, but a I'm sorry about that would have been nice. I will not go back to this location again, and I do not recommend this Pizza Hut in Macomb, Illinois.

Didn't get all of my order and had to catch the driver before he left the building, and he knew I was missing part of my order. He had to go back to the store to get my order. i call and it was left at the store and he would be back to give me my remaining food. Still have not seen him as I type this. Nothing was offered for the mistake either. Will not be ordering from there again.

Ordered extra sauce and cheese on one of the pizzas, and you could not tell that there was any sauce on it at all, nor any extra cheese. The crust was incredibly hard on all three pizzas, and overcooked. Every slice was crunchy due to this, including the cheese. Taste was subpar. Sometimes it is very good, but the last several times I have ordered from here, it has been awful.

Pizza was obviously done way before my delivery time driver called and said he was 2 mins away an hour early told him i ordered them for an hour later because i was at work and needed them at break then he was 13 mins after set time and that wouldnt be a big deal if the pizzas had been good. pizzas were cold the cheese in the stuffed crust was all soild the bread sticks and cheese sticks were soggy forgot my garlic butter so i think i will go back to ordering Dominos they always are on time and get the order right or make it right

can't do the on line survey because they don't put the code on receipt. one would think that when taking to a hotel they would give you plates etc. I asked for parmesan cheese napkins and plates since I was in a hot and still didn't get them. I have tried to call the store but only get a call center in India. guess I will add pizza hut to my no go list

So much improved over the last visit. Friendly staff and good quality on the food. Last time everything was overcooked, hard and cold from sitting around. When we asked about it, we were told that was the "standard". Having worked for PH back in college days, I knew that was bogus. As that was not our typical experience, we decided to try it once more. This time they pleasantly met our expectations.
