Dunkin'

Ate here once a week since they opened, but never again after today. I picked up a sandwich for myself and three hash browns for my kids. Didn't realize it until we got home, but everything had been smashed into the bag. So much so that everything was crushed. The sandwich, the hash browns. Even the napkins were stuffed down in there. I'm not picky with fast food, but the weekly treat was pretty much ruined.

Ordered Dunkin for lunch today and when my boss handed me my medium caramel cappuccino, this was all that was in the cup. My boss doesn't like cappuccinos and didn't drink any of it, this is genuinely how it came to me. Should've just got a small! I didn't entirely mind at first but as soon as I took a sip, I couldn't help but to gag. The taste is incredibly bitter and tastes nothing at all like the usual sweet caramel cappuccino which really disappointed me. It's my favorite go to drink and getting it half full and bitter was not a great way to start the work day... Two stars only because my doughnut wasn't too bad.

First time through the drive through I ordered a large vanilla iced coffee with LIQUID cream and sugar, it was not so I went back around, they hand me the replacement and it had liquid cream and sugar but they added a espresso shot (which I didn't ask for) then I went through a third time and asked for a manager, woman proceeded to tell me there is NO MANAGER ON DUTY....Horrible. I come here EVERYDAY for the same thing....how do you mess up a simple vanilla iced coffee with liquid cream and sugar?! Morning shift needs retraining and a manager on duty.

I always love this dunkin. It's close to my house, yeah they don't always get the order perfect but sheesh they have new people a lot and I'm sure I would make mistakes too being new and having to learn it all so quickly! 99% if the time they are super friendly and helpful if I have issues with my app! Oh, and the new shamrock flavor is yummy in an iced coffee! I miss thin mint though 😪

Worker was extremely rude because we walked in the store because I had a printed gift card. They have signs everywhere that say you need a mask (which we had on) but no one working did. Then we went through the drive through where we got the same rude service. I work in customer service and I would never treat my customers like this! Will never be back.
