Honestly not what I expected when I was getting my food..the shakes were only filled about 75% of how they are normally filled. The food placement was not good. I asked for ketchup and they did not provide it. The straws for the shakes are a lot smaller than before and is very hard to get any Nutella shake through the straw. I paid over $20 for the order and this was not worth spending that much for the quality meal I have received..

Got two of the $4 combos and a shake. 13 bucks. Would have been great if the fries were fresh they were very stale and just bland flavorless thing you know they've been sitting in the warmer for 20 minutes. The burgers were good those were freshly made we had to wait about 8 minutes for them. The shake tasted good but they forgot the straw or spoon.

They switched and no longer wait on you. You order at a kiosk only. You are able to customize but all our stuff was wrong. I really don't think that works or I think they made however they wanted. There was only about 10 customers so it's not like they were busy.

Just ordered through DoorDash.
Piece of advice for the restaurant workers. Next time, make sure the lid is ACTUALLY on the drink before you put it in the same bag as the food. The lid was completely off and had soaked through the entire bag. The burgers were actually soggy with Dr Pepper. Seriously, what did you think would happen??

Remember when all you had to do was go in order your food and be happy? Well that's out the door. Now you have to use a stupid tablet to order. All the tables at this specific Steak and Shake where filthy and most of the food in the menu are gone.On top of it all the food was cold. Need to bring the waitresses back, and clean up. Maybe put those tablets at the tables because the line was backing up from people inexperienced with them. Poor experience.

Sign says dining room open until 11. This listing shows that was confirmed a couple days ago. At 9:45 the doors were locked and employees were sitting in the dining room.

I LOVE this redesign. Being able to customize my meal and self serve is so amazing. Change is hard for many to accept and you’ll hear more angry/dislike than you will positive (just witnessed as we are sitting here). Keep driving towards the future, those who are ready are here to accept it!

Food is still good, very friendly staff. But my main issue is how it's changed.
Dinned in for the first time in a couple years. I'm pretty sure the company has been restructuring, so it's not what it use to be. No waiters/waitresses anymore, you order on a kiosk, seems like some food items were cut too. Just no atmosphere in general.
