I'm an ice cream fanatic and haven't been here in a while. Decided to stop by recently and saw they had a cookie dough menu - like over six different flavors focused on cookie dough. Well, that drew me in and I opted for the One Smart Brookie. Brownies and cookie dough? Beautiful combination. Anyways, as I was saying - ice cream fanatic, no ice cream can really be "bad." Salt & Straw, Molly Moons, Coldstone, these all share the common denominator that they can have unique flavors. I mean most ice cream parlors do this these days, but my point is they're all good with different offerings. These cookie dough options are thick and they help "liquify" it a bit by beating the ice cream before placing into your preferred container, a cup or cone. Cookie dough is heavy and filling! Not what I expected, I would've opted for a smaller size had I known. I suppose it's good to know now though, in case I come back and crave some cookie dough. Every mouthful of ice cream will have at least one large cookie dough chunk. Yelp has a 10% discount offered when you check in. I was able to use it here, but it took a few minutes as they weren't sure what it was and had to double check the location. They didn't refuse and worked with me to honor it, so props to the service here. Ends up eliminating tax from the already expensive price. Price can be a big factor when deciding what you want so any small discount feels significant. I mean at a large scoop with a cone, this discount helps make the cone almost free. Now I'm leaning towards a 3.5ish for value and price but was very happy with the service and patience here. It's not like I interacted with the staff much nor did they go particularly above and beyond, but they were very patient and took time to work with me for the Yelp discount which says a lot honestly. They could've simply avoided any hassle by saying no or claiming they don't know.

Haven't been there in awhile because of school and covid but the manager and the employees are all very respectful and hardworking!! They always have a great array of flavors, toppings, and cakes (and even do custom cakes!) They also have allergy precautions and outdoor seating. Truly a perfect ice cream shop :))

It was a very hot day that day so it's understandable how it would be so busy. However people were not staying 6 feet apart and there wasn't a lot of organization or order to the way customers were being served. There was a large group of about 7 ladies behind myself and I was only ordering for myself and my two kids. The person serving us took a very long time. The party of 7 was out the door with their order before as was one other person. There were several customers with masks and several without all crammed into that tiny shop. Not sure what the solution is but someone should come up with a better way to help customers stay in a properly distanced and organized line.

Service is okay, ice cream is tasty. It's a bit cramped inside. I have deducted a few stars because they no longer allow customers to use their public restroom. I've been going here for years and the restroom has always been open to the public. I don't understand how a place that serves food can refuse to supply a place to wash your hands. I decided not to buy anything on this trip after all.

ordered about 15 minutes ago , had to use my epi-pen within seconds of leaving. i asked for banana bread batter ice cream and cookie dough , somehow left with peanut butter ice cream. outrageous, there is almost no one in there and somehow my order was completely messed up. didn’t have the patience to go back in and ask for it to be remade nor did i want to risk having a severe allergic reaction. please pay attention to your orders!

Coldstone has been a staple location while growing up, specifically this location, for me. If it’s a sunny day I’m always craving some and every time I go there I’m beyond satisfied. I love all the flavor options and above all I can tell the staff there really enjoys serving ice cream to people. That’s what makes the flavor pop the most, the service. The owners here took my vision for an ice cream cake and transformed it into the most delicious cake ever. The cake that I got was a half chocolate half mocha cake with ganache on top and chocolate chips mixed in- SO YUMMY!!! This is why I’m always going back for more as anyone would
