Charleys Cheesesteaks

The portion size of the sub is soo small andThere’s barely any steak inside the roll. I ordered a cheesesteak with onions and peppers and there was ONE sliver of pepper inside the sub and one slice of steak. They are so cheap with portion size it’s almost embarrassing, especially compared to other mall cheesesteak establishments. I couldn’t taste any steak in my sandwich. For the price (and over 5$ for cheese fries) and wait time I’d rather go somewhere else. All of it just looked like a hot mess.

We came to order a burger and fries on Tuesday nite 8/24 around 8pm. My bf forgot to wear mask and I do not have extra so we decide to walk in and hoping to ask someone to give us a mask. We stopped by here to order food and asked the cashier(pretty young girl) to give us an extra mask. She told us SUPER RUDE: “I cannot take your orders if you bf DO NOT wear masks.” I replies: ‘Can I please have a mask?’ “ We do not have extra mask here…” My bf was getting irritated so we decided to Walk away. Thats was super rude plus bad customer service. If you read this far, DO NOT Ever come here again not worth it your time. You are their customers and that NOT how you treat a customers.
