It was on the list to visit in Linden WA. We got some pastry items and so good indeed. The cream filled bun was just coming out as you bit into it. What a wonderful mess on my fingers and on my face. Over 100 years they have been in business. Great to have such a bakery making the old fashion baked
For 100 years this place has been serving great treats. And they still do. From delightful sweets to delicious biscuits and gravy, you can come here any time of the day an get some homemade food.
Lovely bakery, everything looked so delicious, just had to try something! The staff was very friendly. Decided to try their blueberey lemon sweet bread, can't wait too get it gone and dig into it. A very popular place, most tables were taken and a line at the counter.

They use D'tarte beans which is excellent. The major disappointment is in the execution in the making of the latte by the barista. It was essentially thrown together and very expensive. For what they charge the owners should give proper training to the baristas on how to make high end espresso drink
