TL/DR: If you are looking for good/great pho, this place will satisfy
We just moved to Lynchburg and my wife needed to find a place for pho. It is her go-to meal. We visited this place on Saturday and she said the pho was excellent. I had the Chicken Fried Rice and I was more than satisfied.

The food was fresh and delicious.
The decor was ideally tacky--it was clean, too.
And the woman who helped us was the most upbeat Asian woman I have ever met. (Imagine the former Thai of Siam out towards Montebello...then, the opposite service.)
The food and service was amazing. They were very considerate of my vegetarian diet and gave me veggie everything. The phô is very good as well as the summer rolls, fried spring rolls and my friends pork dumplings. They also supplied us with water without asking and kept our cups full with I apprecia
Saigon’s pho is top shelf. Consistent quality has made me a regular over the years and I’ve never been disappointed. I haven’t ventured too far away from pho because I’m largely unfamiliar with Vietnamese cuisine but everything I’ve seen here looks good
Best Vietnamese Vermicelli I've had. They also have delicious steamed dumplings, pho, and boba tea. This place has such great rainy day food!
Very clean and very good service. Reasonable prices, excellent food! A variety of boba tea and Vietnamese coffee as well.
So saddened to find this cockroach in my bowl of pho. It was under all my noodles so unfortunately, I did not see it until I had almost finished the bowl of pho. If I had seen the cockroach earlier, I would have NEVER eaten this bowl of soup nor would I have taken a new bowl of soup if offered. I us
I'm not even sure where to start here...we were seated, and looking at the menu and the waitress said their signature dish is on the other side of the menu and pointed out Pho. ( we were looking at noodles and grilled beef slices) We thought a bit and went with her recommendation. We ordered #27 I
