Review Pizza Hut - Luling

This pizza hut is the only one that I've found that still carries the BBQ beef brisket pizza and I need it in my life, so good! They definitely need more staff though.

When I walked in there was a three customers ahead of me and none of them had been helped yet. It was about five minutes later someone began to assist customers, and it was done quick and efficiently. Once it was my turn my order was ready and correct when I received it, but the quality was disappointing. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza, the bottom of the pizza was so thin, that it was hard and unappetizing. The cinnamon rolls ordered was not what was expected either.

Ordered 2 medium 2 topping pizzas, hand tossed, and the bread was flat and doughy..I'm assuming the dough was old. Did not eat the pizzas

It was a pleasure and a blessing to say I would recommend Pizza Hut to a friend. I previously lost everything in Hurricane 🌀 Ida and a Non Profit Organization came out to assist me in gutting out my house, so my appreciation to them was to buy them lunch and I was glad I chose Pizza Hut of Luling/Boutte La. Thumbs up to Pizza Hut.

My order was ready when I got there and was very good. The toppings were just like I ordered and the flavor was great!

We ordered from here two weeks in a row. The first time our food was amazing. The second time, I made myself a bowl of soup and ate that because the pizza was horrible. I sent a review by email, they sent to me, but have heard nothing back.

I've had nothing but good experiences with this place. Understaffed like every place but friendly.

There are men with long hair and one with lot of curly hair with no hair nets on their heads while cutting your pizza and when we got home there was a pice of hair on my pizza ughhhh!!!!!!!

I placed an order over the phone because the website was reading 205 minutes to deliver so I decided to call and check. The person on the phone reassured me that if I personally picked up my pizza it would only be a 35 minute wait. So I opted for that option. Because you know, I really wanted stuffed crust pizza. Fast forward to 40 minutes later. My husband shows up at Pizza Hut only to find it completely shut down with a sign on the door that says closed due to black out. Even though it said closed for blackout, the computer screen was on that showed all the placed orders and so were the drink machines. This is where it gets great. The pick up orders were timed all the way back to 5 PM. So what is happening to my order and everyone else that placed orders?
