Arely's Cakes & Arrangements

I had a wonderful experience ordering from Arely's, even during these stressful times during the pandemic. The ladies could not have been more helpful, and the cake was delicious! Not to mention how beautiful it turned out. Arely's exceeded my expectations in every way and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE THE CAKE WAS DELICIOUS AND THE LADY THAT HELPED ME WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! i called looking for a cake this past weekend for fathers day in lufkin (i live in houston) i needed a cake that would feed 30 people and it was last minute so after calling 2 other bakery and was told they were booked I called Arelys and she said she would fit me in the next day she checked in with me to make sure on time to pick up the cake and that everything i wanted on the cake was right because it was for graduation and fathers day i was very pleased with the customer service and i picked up the cake on time and got even more excellent customer service and the place was packed with customers too The cake was perfect and the best part it was delicious!!! The lady even helped me...insisted on helping me to the car 😊 while i was in the bakery i looked around at all the cakes and sweets that they had and wish i could have taken it all they all looked great!!! This will be my come to bakery when i am at our ranch and need a cake or something else Thank you Arelys for making our cake specially on short notice you saved me and the cake was awesome Wendy Mouser

Used Arely's exclusively. Literally purchasing 3-4 cakes a year, which are always perfect and delicious. Unfortunately, they seem to be "so busy" now that they cant take orders a month out. I was told I could not order until later in the month, and even then they couldn't guarantee that they could get to it. So, am I supposed to just wait/hope you can get to me, but if not we dont have a cake for a birthday party? I guess business is just so good you can turn away your returning customers. Congrats.

Their decorated cakes look amazing. And their lemon cookies are delicious. But know that if you buy a ready-made Italian Cream Cake, it will not have traditional cream cheese icing. I just bought one to give to someone whose favorite cake is Italian cream... and it didn't taste like Italian cream at all. The icing was odd. It tasted like the whipped icing on a Walmart cake. Compared to how beautiful Arely's cakes look, the taste of this one was a huge disappointment. I will still try the bakery for something else in the future -- just not an Italian cream cake.
