Beautiful view right off the water, wonderful size kitchen and common areas, plenty of space to be spread out and everything was so nice and clean and well kept. We stayed at the Sunrise room. It had a great view, comfortable bed and other amenities. The rooms were clean. The common area provided enough tables and chairs to work and also get to know the other guests. We loved our stay. We also walked to a great coffee shop and restaurants near by.
We didn't stay here but ate at the restaurant, and it was the best fish and lobster roll ever. Portions were large and cooked to perfection!! Highly recommended 5/5 stars!!
Pretty location with waterside rooms. Our room had 2 chairs to view the water in room.

We loved our little apartment, "Bayview." We relaxed on our deck, watching the sunset every night, and woke up to the brightest sunrise every morning! Gorgeous views and sunny weather for the entire week! Best and freshest food at the Wharf all meals! We enjoyed our walks, checked out Mowry beach! P
The room was quiet and had a great view. Make sure you sit out there for the sunset! Lubec as a whole is a great place to visit if you’re looking a for a walkable place that doesn’t have all the hustle and bustle of bigger cities. Plus it’s a short trip over to Campobello Island if you want to visit
My problem with this In was I COULD NOT STAY LONGER.
This was one of the best get aways I have had in my life.
I was sorry my vaction was too short.

Rooms are very quiet at this time of year. But they closed down restaurant early for the end of season without putting it on the website.
Rooms are nice and good size. They took two twins mattress and put together for king bed.
Would love to come back during in season.

This place was Wow! The room we had Cliff side had beautiful views of the wharf & Islands. Restaurant had a great menu with live whole Lobster. They had their own whale watching boat…but, unfortunately our excursion was cancelled due to mechanical problems, but maybe next time!
