Morning staff is pretty friendly evening staff is rude. And I'm not a big fan of the general manager here at the one on 19th and x. One good thing though they always do ask if you're going to use your Mobile app so sometimes if you forget it's a helpful reminder.

I went in the drive through earlier to order my favorite dessert an Oreo McFlurry. When I asked for it, the person giggled and said the ice cream machine was broken. As I waited I could hear them say they didn’t want to clean the ice cream machine. Poor work ethic. Great cookies!!!

They are always friendly than most other fast food restaurants which is great. McDonald's french fries are always my favorite and taste better than that other fast food restaurant with a crown.
Ok so this place is a complete joke. I ordered through the app with a discount and when I paid, they over charged me. When I asked for a refund, they asked that I return the food. When you ask for help, all they reply with is “I just work here.” I’d recommend eating out of a dump before this place.
